3 bad guys, all vanilla
This game will feature characters from the show chosen by the participants. During the sign-ups phase, each player will PM me a list of 5 Arrested Development characters in order of priority and they will be assigned first-come-first-serve with respect to those ordered lists. This should ensure that everyone will receive a character that they want barring significant overlap in preferences. If there is too much overlap, a character will be selected randomly among those remaining. Every character in this show rules, so don't be sad.
NOTE: If you're unfamiliar with the TV show and/or have no character preferences, please just tell me that and I'll find someone for you.
This game will feature roleplay -- indeed I refuse to tolerate any Arrested Development Mafia game without it. Characters will be completely irrelevant to one's faction alignment, so there will be no issue with players openly claiming their characters and roleplaying them. Everyone's role will still be randomized regardless of what characters they draw. If you are concerned that roleplay would dillute the game of relevant content, then worry not: Mafia-relevant roleplay is a staple of the game I've known for years and I promise the game will still be entirely playable.
At the game's end I will accept nominations for MVP and for the best roleplayer. Roleplay will have no bearing on the mechanics of this setup, but it's fun and I love it so there. There won't be banners made for these awards, but there will be pride in oneself and JJJ's mad props.
Some notes to those who may be unsure:
~ Roleclaiming and infodumping are legal
~ All players can win with their team dead or alive

Yes, the full ones. I haven't run as much the past few months, but I went through a high-volume running period before that. I ran a lot as a kid growing up though, so my body is used to it and conditioned to it.
As for TV shows, I never really developed an interest. I'm addicted to mafia instead.
