I’ll find the other mafia now, lead their lynches, everyone will forget about Day 1, and I’ll get all the credit.

First thought is that the recurring meme of The Syndicate since about the start of 2019 has been:

~ mafioso lynched Day 1
~ civilians lose anyway
~ nobody caught the busser

I'm not going to assume straightaway that the Jack wagon is fully pure. I'll decide what that means if anything as I proceed.

Given that this dialogue extends from a period in which nutella wasn't actually playing, I hesitate to draw much from it. The answer is no, however: it was not a salad. Jack has never used that term correctly before. nutella knows.

These posts all come from the EOD sequence as the wagon shifted over to Jack. nutella handles the matter frivolously in a way that I think looks reasonably organic. If I have any pause here, it's that her first post in the game came 2 hours prior to EOD, and within that time frame she found her way to a correct suspicion and a correct vote (reminders of Quin in Mad Max). That this was a very abrupt hot potato stands in her favor anyway. I suspect she'd be less whimsical about this stuff as a Jack teammate.

The most important factor here is that the lynch was a hot potato, and nutella's role in that speaks favorably for her.

It's hard to say how this would have developed if Jack had another hour as he [allegedly] expected. For what it is, I don't think it hurts Nanook's cause. It just exists.

This came two minutes after the deadline. I was actually about to rip sig in half for this; the timing makes it less troubling. He can't prevent the hot potato if it has already resolved. This might be good for sig given the attitude as a result. There's some WIFOM in that.

Whether or not it's Mac's best game ever is not especially important to me right now. Your mindset is hard to follow right now -- I can understand being irritated for being the only one on the Jack wagon facing suspicion. I can't so easily understand why that annoyance is your Night 1 without much else. Do you have any suspicions of who are Jack's teammates?
