112 v MR v Tony was a fun juicy read. Don't really have stances on any of them yet but will be good to have that chunk of content to refer to later.

Yeah this concerns me about speed a bit tbh. I often incorrectly suspect him so I want to be careful about this, but it doesn't seem like him to state such a strong suspicion with quotes and everything this early in the game.

(last game I played with him he was scum and siirc didn't really do anything like that / didn't "tryhard", but that means little, he's clearly going for a different style this game regardless of alignment and could be hiding behind that)

What's the difference between "clearly going for a different style" and "has a different style based on his alignment"?

Well he's doing a roleplaying thingy.

But also I'm sort of suggesting that even if he is the same alignment he could be deliberately trying to change it up so he doesn't get caught. That's assuming a broader philosophy of the extent to which players can control their meta, I guess.

The first post is particularly off-putting. There's no defense there, just a 'I knew you would say that' to take the wind out of 112's sails, so to speak.

This is a decent take. Your interpretation of the first quoted MR post is somewhat different from 112's reaction which was that he was caught in knowing that he would look bad [to a player who knows him well]. Either way it's awkward.

I meant "What is stilted about my post?" Second time in few pages that that word has been used to describe someone's post. In my own case , I don't see how it applies, but that's probably because I read my post the way I intended it to be read.

I didn't think it necessarily had to do with being caught? I've seen it used as an after the fact thing, as in when someone flips wolf you go back to see what they said about certain players in case they inadvertently "reveal" whether someone is aligned or antialigned with them. That's how I understand spew anyway

LC and I were scum buddies in the most recent game MP was in here (Take Me Out At The Ballgame) and killed MP. Because LC was afraid that MP was going to catch him. So yeah, it's reasonable to suppose that LC could be scared of him again.

I feel reasonably confident at this point that LC and MR are town. Also, my early scum read of MP was not totally a joke. I retracted it, but it did actually come back as his later posts felt wrong/forced somehow. His town meta can look beep-boopy but he's seemed a bit too far in that extreme so far and if he doesn't start doing more I'd be happy with lynching him.
