“This isn't a Girl Scout camp," said Mr. Sir, spitting out a mouthful of sunflower seeds onto the ground, then added, “but I’ll protect you little girls from those yellow-spotted lizards if I have to.”

It seemed to have been lost on Mr. Sir that someone had died from a yellow-spotted lizard earlier that day. Or maybe he truly just didn’t care.

Stanley was led back to the camp with the other campers, who seemed exhausted and grouchy.

There were six large gray tents, and each one had a black letter on it: A, B, C, D, E, or F. The first five tents were for the campers. The counselors slept in F.
Stanley was assigned to D tent. Mr. Pendanski was his counselor.
"My name is easy to remember," said Mr. Pendanski as he shook hands with Stanley just outside the tent. "Three easy words: pen, dance, key."

A boy trudged over with two other boys. They were introduced by Mr. Pendanski as Jose, Theodore, and Ricky. They called themselves Magnet, Armpit, and Zigzag.
"They all have nicknames," explained Mr. Pendanski. "However, I prefer to use the names their parents gave them—the names that society will recognize them by when they return to become useful and hardworking members of society."
"It ain't just a nickname," X-Ray told Mr. Pendanski. He tapped the rim of his glasses. "I can see inside you, Mom. You've got a big fat heart."

Another boy sat alone at a table, motionless. The group didn’t seem concerned. Mr. Pendanski nodded towards the boy.

"That’s Zero. You know why his name's Zero?" asked Mr. Pendanski. "Because there's nothing inside his head." He smiled and playfully shook Zero's shoulder.
Zero said nothing.

First, everyone highlighted bricky color are people who were alive for the very intense endgame of another game, and I can cut slack for being a little burnt out. No one is off the table today, but I have no need to vote early, as of right now I have no read on several of the bricky people. Hope to see more of them, although i would also get it if some of them needed air space from Mafia for a day.

The seeming norm now of not using OT green can be confusing to me, I can't always tells when someone means something or it's a joke in some cases. I've seen a few reads lists that I thought were fake, but its hard to say

Pyxxy talked mainly mechanics, made a flippy floppy reads list, and asked one person if they had seen the movie, and no one else. If I was going to vote now, I'd vote for Pyxxy. But I don't have to so there is that.

Falcon, after Felt, I can't read him to save my life. After watching Cartomancy, I can't read him to save my life. Also, up to this point stress equity. POE.

Lucy hasn't said much plus also stress equity POE

Neon mostly banter, I *think* mostly OT, the two games I played with her she was a civ both times, (and in the game I watched she was a civ) she played totally differently. No real read here. POE. But caveat; in Felt as in Cartomancy, no woofs were yeeted, and the main difference was she was making vote analyses in LGM, and really wasn't in the others. I need to see her post on something she feels strongly about, I think. I have never seen bad Neon.

Seanzie made a bunch of one letter posts, and voted for reasons of his own. IIRC he later said he didn't realize votes were locked in, BUT knew to dig with his vote. I can see a civ reason to want to dig early, more than a bad one, other than evading the spotty lizard, but i don't see that as much of an issue on day one for the woofs, when many spots besides the ones they know about are open. Also stress equity. The POEiest of the POE.

MacDougall, I have zero reads, he made a reads list, not sure if srs; I think prolly not. I'm sure he'll be by to give us a good maccing later. Stress equity.

DrWilgy civ read me fast, which made me feel warm and cozy, and then made me feel paranoid. BUT I like a good chunk of what he said in general. Townlean.

Marmot feels pretty over all good to me. Some srs mixed in with the happy new game banter. Also Townlean.

Kate is asking a lot of questions, feeling things out, seems open minded, and is trying hard to banter. Townlean.

Dennis is one of the reasons I didn't do any reads yesterday; initially he looked very similar to me to how he was playing in Cartomancy, but that game was still going on, and I couldn't make that comparison. He did seem to get less trolly and more srs and solvey later in the day. If I had to vote yesterday, it might have been for Dennis, but stress equity as well as starting to look more like he did in Felt and LGM, moved him from wooflean into POE.

Sabi is solvey and while some OT, also had some good insights. They had a rough day yesterday, so stress equity, plus it's their birthday, so quieter than their norm is understandable. Townlean.

Fingersplints; I couldn't remember a thing she said, so I had to read her. Of her 8 posts, about half were about how she doesn't enjoy/engage in mech discussion. Only real suspish discussing post was agreeing with an equivocating post Marmot made about his reads (which to be fair, I also agreed with). I know she is a low poster in general, so I need to see more (especially her reaction to this poke), but what I did see put her a bit wooflean for me.

it's a D1 reads list

it's all over the place and I don't think it's a factor in why SVS died, besides maybe it was part of being active as town, so....I'm not really invested in analyzing it

but if we're trading answers, I'll care

my opinion of each of SVS's reads:
- pyxxy: SVS doesn't know me / my game, reasonable take

- falcon: yeah I mean looks like a bunch of other townies can't read town!Falcon either, so, reasonable take

- lucy (you): accurate. you didn't say much D1

- neon: POE for lack of similarities to other Neon town games, I can't speak to that, but I personally townlean Neon here after watching the end of the NPC game

- Seanzie: pulled this exact same s*** in the NPC game but idt SVS knew this, I townlean Seanzie for it and also for digging but not knowing about locked votes, I think it's totally believeable based on my experience with him in the NPC game

- mac: reasonable take

- wilgy: reasonable take, one I somewhat agree with, but I just watched scum wilgs in the NPC game so I've got recency bias and this wilgy reads the same as scum wilgy to me

- marmot: reasonable take, agreed, although idk if I townlean marmot for it, I think it's an easily fakeable D1

- Kate: the joy of flips, an accurate read

- dennis: unsure. I opened today also wondering about dennis

I don't think this is pure, but it's also hard to argue wagonomics when we were missing votes. The two players that I didn't think would have the meta tell on Falcon flipped green. I don't think Sabi/Splints who has seen Falcon more often recently makes this mistake.

Oddly enough, I think I townlean Dennis for the 'mistake vote on me' after Cartomancy, I don't think W!Dennis makes that mistake and then admits to the mistake. Given the context of them being busy as well, it makes sense.

Pyxxy could be wolfin, but I think I'm doubting. It felt that they had very little hunting and alot of mechanic poop early. The more recent posts this cycle seems very similar to their NPC game though. the NPC game at least would be indicative of how they play without data.

Sabi got a birthday pass, but needs to start solving this cycle. I think should've known better about a d1 Falcon yeet.
