I think it could be anyway. I've tried a few times to tease out more insights from votes/ISOs but I can't get anywhere with votes and interaction reads aren't my specialty. Plus there's like a million posts.

why would we care about who ring is?

Because we all get RBd if we lynch him, and he gets a free kill with no chance of us learning anything. It's not a huge consideration, but it's a consideration.
