I do think we should really be chopping between Epi and Marmot today, we need to get these two solved before we move onto the possibility that neither is mafia. I am aware that if we choose wrong we'll likely have to deal with a NK, but I'm prepared for that possibility and I think that's fine.

What I remember is that PSI started the day with analyses, and determining that Epi and I are the top suspects. She then decides to townread me, and assume I'm the 8-ball. By Day's end, she decides to fall back on her Marmot/Epi susses, and swaps her vote to me because no one wants to chop Epi.

I'd need to go back and read to see how those reads changed, will do later.

Another thing is she called Nanook a stupid chop yesterday. The only time she mentioned Nanook aside from that was in the analyses she did, and she mentioned that there was not much there.

I know my vote probs didn't look great yesterday, but I'd forgotten the day was ending, so I rushed in and placed a self-prez vote.


I do agree with PSI about Epi though. Or rather, I disagree with Epi and his conclusion that he's cleared from interactions with esooa.

With one piece of evidence there are too many other possible explanations, but with multiple posts to affirm it things suddenly it becomes a lot harder to find loopholes. I always need more than one post, my brain does not comprehend clearing someone off of a single piece of evidence.

But I understand nobody else is planning on going for an Epi chop today or any time soon so I'm honestly okay with just giving up on it for now, insisting "Epi is mafia" isn't going to convince anyone.

Because he wasn't even really in anyone's POE and I thought there were much better suspects and even, say, a Tutuu chop would give us more information. Nanook was obv!town FMPOV

Esooa's development on Epi was very unusual. She wanted to place a townread on him, but she didn't want to be very strong about it. Every post about him was "I want to believe X, but there's also Y..." which is a progression I've done on my teammates myself multiple times, so I think that looks a lot like a partner interaction. Besides, he's done absolutely nothing to warrent a townread outside of the TMI thing, while everybody else has given me at least one reason.
