I don't really like Journey, but i would have to go with "Oh Sherrie" which is WAAAAAyY better than "Sherry Baby" by the 4 Seasons.

Have you ever written a song/poem for a lover?

I've written two.

"Tasha," written back in 2000 and performed only twice (once with an ensemble in front of a crowd of people and once unaccompanied for the person for whom it was written).

"Periwinkle Blue," which I recorded. It's a fun, somewhat sappy song based on my wife's favorite color. Maybe I'll redo it since I recorded that years ago.

Has anyone ever written a song or poem about or for you?

Yes, a poem. Gerard was not a good writer, he was dyslexic, but he had a poetic, Irish soul.

Do you maintain separate "work" and "not work" wardrobes?

No.

I wear the same style everyday. The only difference is that I wear pants at work and shorts at home. Both khakis.

You are seated at a fancy restaurant. The menu consists of the following: Ox heart, veal brains, lamb tongue, or bison testicles. Which do you order?

Yikes, I am a vegetarian. Of those, i have had the testicles before (Rocky Mountain Oysters, deep fried, they were good) so i guess that, and eat the side dishes ha ha.

I know in other cultures they do so, but for me, I dunno. Could you ever eat a dog?

Green. I grew up on the West coast of Canada, and "green" is not so much a solitary colour there, but more of a mood or a range of perception or a way of experiencing the world.
There's the wet, vibrant green of the moss and ferns that cushion the forest floor, the blue-green of the still water in an isolated cove, the black-green of the massive ocean swells of a winter storm, the dappled yellow-green of the leaves above your head on a silent Spring morning....
I love green.

Mary Queen of Scots by Antonia Fraser. It was the first "grown up" non fiction book I ever read for pleasure, I was maybe 13. It made the long dead historical people seem like real people to me for the first time. It was the start of a voracious love of history, and of reading in general, for me that has been the only constant factor in my life.

Do you prefer fiction or non fiction?

I have three cats: Lucifur, Stephen Dedalus, and Cassandra. They are assholes and I love them.

I also have a dog, Kenobi, who I adore so much it physically hurts. I have wanted a dog my ENTIRE LIFE, and have never had my own (though I have been a second Mom and/or doting Auntie to a number of my friends' and siblings' pooches). Finally being in a place in my life (both in the physical/geographical and the stability/settledness sense) where I am able to give a pup a good life is so fucking rewarding and wonderful. I love this beast more than it is sensible to love a creature with whose shit you interact on a twice daily basis. (This is also true of the cats, but I don't like to say it out loud because their egos get too big.)

Here is Kenobi being a hipster:

Second one is here:

http://epignosis.bandcamp.com/

The first one has been out since January of 2009 but I'm cleaning it up (read: fixing rookie mistakes in the sound that I can fix) and I plan to make it a free ("name your price") download on its anniversary.

The third one has been a painstaking process, but I don't know why I am surprised- its older siblings were too.

There are quite a few I can think of, though I'm not sure if "hate" applies to all of them... but these are generally considered each band's 'worst' albums, and I absolutely love them:

Vapor Trails by Rush
Jazz from Hell by Frank Zappa
Electric Cafe by Kraftwerk
The King of Limbs by Radiohead
Beat by King Crimson
Valtari by Sigur Ros
A Dramatic Turn of Events by Dream Theater
Heritage by Opeth
Famous Last Words... by Supertramp

Kinda. Growing up, it was just me and my dad. Which is why I know how to use tools, change a tire, etc. I also had (and still have) a room at his parents' house.

My mom's side is very big. I have two half-siblings on that side, but they grew up with our mom. Lots of cousins and aunts. But I'm much closer my my dad's family. He has one sister, who has one son. He also lives here in Tallahassee, but is way younger (turning 24 next week).
