Couple that with how Soneji spends tons of lip service on Lucy and Mata, but not me. Almost as if Soneji has been told in wolfchat that I'm an easy push today, so Soneji didn't feel the need to actually develop any critical thought about me.

This indicates that likely Soneji and Sabi are partnered because Soneji would only do this lacklustre push on me if they needed to possibly end up on me to save a teammate.

The bold is quite the assumption. If you did anything to improve your standing past your opening, you may not even be a primary suspect, but your defense was part open-wolfing and lots of deflection, and you spent the entire day just on the defense contributing little else to the thread.

Falcon45ca- I didn't find it suspicious that you chose someone quickly because with movable votes, it seems like a lot of players throw votes around in a slap-happy fashion. then you were questioned about it, and you promptly posted quotes for why you made your vote. This looked legit to me at the time. Later it occurred to me that maybe you did all that too quickly, Pre-planned? But someone, Sabiplz, I think, said this was normal for your town game.

Lucy- so far, is reminding me of Dr. Wilgy. Too random to read, and weird posting just annoys me because I don't know what to do with it. I'd like to hear from players who are familiar with them.

Seanzie made a very risky statement for a town player to make. Or just an 'I can't be bothered' statement. Since it was preceded by an 'Ugh', I'm going with the former.

Sabiplz drew attention to his post, then backed away from it, then said she rarely voted early or often, then 17 minutes later she voted for Seanzie. None of this feels right.

Golden got a vote from Falcon, and although Falcon's reasons would not be enough to convince me to vote someone, I thought they were ok for a day 1. However after post 486 ( I think, I'll go back and check later and do an ebwop if necessary), I have Golden as town.

This looks like forced content mixed with a whole lot of fence sitting, given that you gave nothing reads on myself(absent player) and Marmot, and other reads were basically just game recaps with little actual thoughts of your own. The closest to real thoughts here are with sabi who you seem to suspect but don't actually outright point the finger of suspicion at, and with Falcon who you start to sus then back off because you thought you remember it being said it fits their meta(why should you trust sabi's meta on Falcon here, when you seem to sus sabi as well?). The Seanzie "read" is the most amusing to me, since you present their statement as either a risky town statement, or an IDGAF statement, but you never contemplate is as a wolfy statement.

Well, Soneji has mentioned they tend to wall post, so it's strange in that sense that the SR on your slot is based off just the 1 post of yours, but I do believe they follow up with more reasons later.

@Dennis I think you’re doing fabulous. If I didn’t know you through your mom, I would probably be suspicious of your performance and think you had a team. But I don’t think you are mafia at this time, because Ive heard you’re smart and driven to excel, and Kate probably helped prepare you well before the game ever started. My op could change, but I doubt it will.
@Scotty I am still susp of Sabi because her actions during day1 reminded me of old old-school mafia, when a wolf would start to build a case against someone by just slinging a little mud, and later, the teammates would join in and the result would be a miselim. But, nobody joined in right away. That gave me pause, like maybe I was seeing something that just wasn’t there. Then Sabi seemed to back off and give up and I still don’t like it. Unless Sabi flips, I’m not going to know anything for sure. And if she is bad, then I’ll go back and look for anyone who might have subtly supported her.
I could see voting Lucy as a second choice, because I don’t like the reasoning behind her vote for Bea. Low posting is NAI and I don’t understand why someone would use that as criteria for a vote.

im back and caught up. I apologize to G-man and players for missing the vote. This is not a great time of year for me, and unpleasantness in the thread yesterday just made me want to walk away for a bit.
However, new day. I’m going to address what I saw that refers to me, and then I have to go and do real life. Before I left, I also thought about the tie option as a way to prevent a possible civ kill. It’s never easy to be absolutely sure someone is bad on the first day, and I liked that option. I posted my d1 thoughts yesterday, and if I had to vote according to the list, it would have been Sabi, for the reasons I listed. But I wouldn’t have been hardcore certain about it, and after playing catch-up this morning, I would have been less certain, had I been here. I would have preferred the tie.
Im still seeing civ Golden, in regards to his OG call. Posts 480 to 486 (I think) are where I saw the civ Golden.

@SVS you might have to move me to the top of your list, based on my hand? Hand won’t be completely normal for a couple more months, but it’s healing well, and I can type. I stepped away for other reasons my list yesterday was just things I noticed that I felt were worth keeping an eye on. I’ve rarely ever had strong feelings about players on day 1. It’s usually day 3 before I start getting deep suspicions against players. But maybe I’ll see things today that I don’t like, if I do, I’ll comment.

Me too. And I'm really glad I have this game right now. Someone, who is very inconsiderate, knowingly exposed the baby to rsv. She started getting symptoms last night and I ended up having to hold her all. Night. Long. Just so she could get some sleep. I'm not pleased.

Woofs have knowledge we don't the only way to get that knowledge is through flips since most if is only have the power of our vote and way to much paranoia

This is such a mountainous mindset at its heart I think. We have two cops and a doctor… plenty of info capability without forcing a flip on someone we think is town. It’s a numbers game too.

Addressing all of these.

At the time, I hadn't read into mostly any of Seanzie's posts. It was overwhelming for me to try and keep track of everyone while also explaining my actions. At EoD, I felt like we needed a kill and the information was necessary, and I had expressed distrust in Wilgy for not being on topic and just voting without explaination. That was what was in my head then--I still didn't know what to think of Seanzie.

I said 'our' instead of 'mine' because I was typing what came into my head without thinking. As I've said before, I felt like I was under a ton of pressure and freaked out. Whoopsies.

I didn't mean to imply a townread on Sean. It's essentially like this--in my head, Wilgy was a little weird, Seanzie was a clean slate, and I HAD to vote one of them.

Keep in mind this is my first game, so I didn't really know what to think of Wilgy playing the way he did. I got conflicting answers on if it was normal for him. Hopefully this explains what happened well.

Honestly, I'm probably not going to get much chance to address this much better than I did last night. I did read through their posts and went straight to my own post to make sure my vote was in place. I've got a very sick 9 month old and I have about a 45 minute break right now and then I have to go to the dr. I don't have the energy to go back and reassess again.

I do remember off the top of my head that they wanted me to "dome" Sean which I don't like right off the bat when day 2 started. I feel better with my vote here than on Sean right now. I don't think these 2 are teammates so the flip will give us info at least (see what I did there @Scotty )?

I don't think I favour it but I wouldn't rule it out. I'm looking forward to seeing what Lucy has to say, generally, when she reappears. There's some stuff that I think it would be good to hear her thoughts on for the purposes of getting a better read one way or the other.
