First, Mac spends zero time on mechanics. Yells at lc for saying obvious things aobut mechanics. yells at dunya for saying obvious things about mechanics. This is a fairly mechanical game. MAybe the scum team is something like mac/epi and they have different goals, but it doesn't really fit with what I think the scum team would want to do.

Soneji is the only one of these four names I would consider shooting D1. Proto is high effort on mech/strategy and seems +ev so far. I gut townread LC. Hally just got here and I want to give them a chance to play.

Me too. I blast through pages of champs games at light speed. But I care less about fully absorbing the content there. And proto's posts are long as fuck. I don't know how you manage to merely glance at them and emerge with a reasoned read (though you may have just already known/remembered the content in his posts well enough idk)

I'll demonstrate the full iso here I guess just to prove I didn't randomly scumread proto for no reason and then randomly townread proto one minute later for equally no reason.

that's probably town, or close to nai. Not trying to force the plan softens some of my qualms with it.

post 11-12 Carotte (interesting) points out some issues with the plan and proto retracts some bits. Can we talk during the night in this game? If not we have a lot of things to work out still. This is a good reminder. Retracting bits is a good sign, could be carotte/proto I guess though looking at the interaction.

posts 15 is the reads list. Too many town reads is sometimes a good thing and sometimes a bad thing. Here I think it's marginally good. Epi and LC are comparatively less popular scum reads, and like where is Porot putting his partners if he's scum?

I'm afraid of making the wrong assumption about Soneji because I pretty much always do tbh, I think I just have never really understood how he works as a player. His one long catchup post didn't feel on a gut level similar to the last time I saw him as town, but I may also be biasing on the low total number of posts and the fact that he only really has late-catch-up stuff and I have trouble reading that over more actual interactions.
