My read on Oddmerta is a bit of a product of my other reads. A lot of my town reads have to be wrong about Oddmerta for him to be mafia, and I don't think he's that suspicious myself anyway. If one of my town reads that has vouched for Oddmerta ends up mafia, perhaps that'll be something to revisit later. For now I'm fine with him.

I can understand that it might make you uneasy, but I think this is the kind of thing that too many towns in the game of Mafia lack.

Teamwork.

Trust your team. I don't know everything. My teammates can help me, but only if I let them. When people cocoon up and play in their own little worlds, town loses.

Oddmerta's posts aren't hard to interpret from a town view at least. I have seen plenty of town-aligned players play with similar frankness, bravado, and [potentially] confirmation bias.

I'm all in for teamwork it's just that I'm still trying to figure out who is on my team this early into the game. I would feel more comfortable with the idea of teamwork after a nightfall or two and players start to fall into place.

"carefree" is tutuu's M.O., but I've felt a few times like she's straining to pull that off this game. I'm not totally sure I see her "going with the flow" though. What do you mean when you say that she's doing that?

So care free is her meta no matter alignment? By going with the flow I mean she's reacting what's around her, and not getting hung up on stuff, and interacts with everyone who's present in the thread at the same time with her.

What's a CDO?

Collateral debt obligation. It's a finance term but when you're buying synthetic CDOs you're basically betting on other people's bets/investments.

Well it all started when Tutuu made some comment about how Michelle wouldn't defend a teammate so lightly and that they're not w/w. MacDougall said something about mich being town so I asked why. Mac provided me with meta and as he posted that ALison posted a post about michelle that went hand in hand with the new meta i learned about michelle from mac. So the first sentence is me thinking out loud. the second sentence is me thinking that isn't a great reason why people wouldn't be w/w. And the last sentence is self-explanatory.

I don't think he can manage this game as mafia
I've seen him do better as mafia than this. Not here but my first experience with him he was mafia and he didn't go belly up. I understand your reasoning but it can just be that he's more participatory in this game. Alison's points are too good for you to be ignoring them off bad meta though.
