I'll expand on my read of Sloonei so it's more useful to folks than just blank JJJ/Sloonei meta.

His initial suspicions of Alison reflect to me the very sort of civilian mindset that I associate with Sloonei. He is not one to accept off-hand shenanigans like those that can exist in a first-post claim, and his reservations closely enough parallel some of my initial thoughts that I think it rings honestly. I don't think he has been overly adamant or pushy about the read (which I wouldn't like). He said his piece, he exchanged some words with Alison, and arrived at an eventual meh before turning his attention to other matters, such as disinterest in Tony suspicions. I doubt he is entirely finished with Alison, but he is allowing it to stew in his brain while he does other stuff. It's all a progression of play that I recognize uniquely in Sloonei.

This is still a "Day 0 read", so I will continue to interpret Sloonei moving forward. But for now he gets my stamp of approval.

I'm at least willing to drop the SPF-specific gripe I raised earlier. I just looked back at their exchange with the new context in tow, and I can understand where Esooa is coming from. I don't think it impacts my own view of SPF really, but the accusation can be a genuine one.

Beyond that, I need more data. I'm colored by the bias inherent to my own posture in her ISO.

I would feel better knowing the reason as to why I am scum read. The only understandable read came from Falcon even though my post was literally a copypasta.

My own read on you is nothing confident either way. I'd vote for you in the absence of something more interesting. But I can take a stab at some gripes:

- Your entry to game could come across as timid.
- You haven't done much of anything outside goofing.
- You treat suspicions of you as surprising despite doing little outside goofing.

Those two have certainly forged a unique niche in the mindmeld universe. I have very rarely experienced something like that. Maybe it happened on a smaller scale with Alison in Bread Mafia.

JPIC, this is one of those situations where I suspect self-defense has little capacity to do anything but make things worse. If you're a townboy, I suggest you backburner all that and find some mafiers. It's the absence of mafier-finding primarily contributing to your position.

Oddmerta's posts are filled with unjustified bravado. No town read awarded.

I'm highkey salty when people seem to trust Sloonei's read on me more than they trust my read on him.

Oddmerta actually giving a crap about Long Con telling us what he voted for might be town-indicative. I have little confidence in saying so. It's not a good read, and nor is it one that will eliminate Long Con. So in that light it could be real.

My first positive review of KZA -- sure, this was fine and is still well enough applicable. It's lost some relative strength as the game has built itself, so it could stand to develop with more information. Call KZA a low-tier town read.

Expanded KZA reads would indeed be super. I liked one thing way back in the prehistoric era of page 1 or 2. Time has passed and nothing has happened, so my comfort with that has waned. You see, reads have a shelf life. Don’t let them expire gang. They become smelly.

I reviewed Tony’s 43 posts and understand none of them.

I kind of want to squeeze hard and call Long Con a civilian. It wouldn’t be my best-supported read, but it’s where my gut settles when I stare at the posts.

I’ll leave Oddmerta off the shit list for now with multiple folks giving him the vouch.

My understanding is that a lot of the people giving him the vouch aren't actually people you trust. Sloonei seems to townread him, that's all I think.

*This is a new addition, so to expand: whatever Alison's motivations, she is promoting a pretty similar view of the game to my own. It isn't identical, but there is considerable overlap. As long as she is pushing an agreeable view, it is "optimal" to let her do that. That was even true when she was mafia in the Bread game, because her associations with DkKoba were more visible as a result.

To be clear, the names are not ordered within tiers in that list.

This will be difficult to qualify in a way that is convincing, because it is a highly contextual read given the atmosphere of the thread during his first appearance. He made one initial read (that falcon is town), and did not try to put forth anything more than that, at least not right away. It was a read that mirrored my own in the moment (and it preceded the thread consensus on falcon that has come since; indeed I think Mac helped to motivate that consensus). His reasoning for that read was appropriate for me. I also appreciate his initial handling of JPIC -- some manner of suspicion, but not the sort that he actually felt like bringing up until someone else did first. I felt the same way. I had a tiny ping of suspicion to JPIC for his entry to the game and didn't bother talking about it because it inspired little-to-nothing in me. Mac's comments mirror that. Then overall his reads (1) are (2) agreeable (3) enough (4).
