Honest question, I just kept hearing (via Speedchuck??) and never really took to heart what the reasoning was.

Technically I'm "mechanically can't be scum"firmed. I can be indy, though I'm not. LC 1.0's vote was worth more or less depending on if he voted for town or scum. He (or DDL?) did this whole mechanical breakdown about it on Pikachu.

If I have a vote-related power I'm not confirmed, but I don't.

When we lynched LC 2.0, you were finding excuses to be off his wagon at the same time as Scotty was leading the charge which could have saved LC that day. I believe sig pointed this out initially.

I encourage people to read his posts during Day 5 because I don't find his counter arguments to be genuine. He was opposing the wagon for the sake of opposing it.

I want a counter to the Wilgy train. I would like it to be DDL.

Let me be perfectly clear here. I have the highest respect for Wilgy as a player both civ and bad. My point was not that he doesn't contribute as a civ. It was that he did it in a lot more jokey, schticky way that people often would just disregard as just crazy Wilgy. Which frankly is unfortunate because a I previously mentioned, civ Wilgy has an eye for finding baddies. But bad Wilgy tries to be understandable at least so that he looks civ I assume. His contributions in both are good. I think Wilgy is the coolest cat and I know he has an incredible win rate. So if you feel like I was saying anything disrespectful about Wilgy, that is not the case. Also, I will never again trust this meta because once it's out there it becomes irrelevant.

Finally, I am super pumped by that result. I was terrified I would be wrong.

Distancing 101. He also tangent voted for anyone but LC on LCs second lynch. BUT two teams of four would be required for him to be An even, since at least one Even had to be at Cerberus since all the kills till me on night six were at Cerberus. And two teams of four baddies plus possible indies seems a bit much when I think about it.

So for that reason I am not sure. If we think teams of three, then DDL drops down my list cause some of the reasons I suspect him are LC related and the third has to be on Cerberus. If four, then

Keep in mind we each have two lives, and scum on their second life could be town on their first. I don't think 4 to a team is unlikely.

I think Jack was civ both times. He moved from one life to the next cleanly.

This is something to think about, and what it basically says is no one can be excluded based on thread, because the person you just tried to lynch could be your new partner.

Anyone have any thoughts on anyone who change suspicions? Maybe came back from the Pet Semetary?

I am inclined to say that it's just a random reincarnation and would include lynchees. That's my preference for assignment more than an educated take on it.

This would also mean that the configuration of Pikachu 2.0 was 2 evens vs 2 strex vs 6 townies. (or x-number of townies vs x-number of indies, if we wanna go down that rabbit hole). And we still managed to eliminate two baddies in one day.

since for starters we have at least a 20 percent chance of lynching scum if we lynch from this group versus the whatever the heck but definitely lower chance if we lynch outside of it

plus since the moment i saw INH in this game i've wanted to dryhump him into the nth dimension so there's that too

I think Scotty used his interaction post as a means to lynch INH, not as an actual attempt to develop an informed read.

i dunno about kyle. he's not been on my radar. Should I be more worried about him than Scotty?

sig I already mentioned that last post about Sloonei has me absolutely concerned. I just said not that long ago that we should watch out for players who want to just lynch all the players down to one life, they could very well be mafia mining for a teammate hidden in the second roles. I don't like this post from sig. But to me it kind of balances the opposite feeling from sig regarding the 70% haiku comment. I just can't see a reason a baddie would make such a ridiculous statement. So I am torn right now, but leaning bad slightly.

Scotty just pinged me hard. He basically is saying, pay no attention to Evens, we should be focusing on that last Strex because we have better leads there. I don't like that look either. But he knew how it looked when he said it too, so if he is bad, it is ballsy.

Lastly Kyle is still on my radar. I have seen one post from him though that I finally felt like I could hear his voice in it. When I hear those posts in his voice I know I am feeling like it's more genuine. I realize that this is a lot of gut based thoughts. But that one post took a long time to get here, which leaves me feeling unsure about him too.

I might switch off INH, not sure. If so it will most likely move to Scotty or sig. We'll see how this progresses. I do like SVS's case for INH, but I just think it's a very risky move to defend a teammate that hard when he is trying to get out of the game and is looking like he will be lynched.

My lack of conviction in going after Evens right now is in part because I’m having trouble reading you, Sloonei and Kyle as bad. Kyle’s just come upon Walden Pond and it’s been just delightful watching him discover all the ducks and the geese floating around. I’d like to give him the benefit of the doubt, because I believe that he is behind and dragging but indeed coming back into review.

Next step for him is putting his analysis goggles on and turning on the woodsaw to max. That’s what I wanna see from him.

It’s just that I currently see more interactive possibilities with Wilgy being an outted baddie, and wish to vote that way. I’m not 100% behind the “evens” waited until they got to Pikachu to kill sprityo.

And if we just do what Quin is inferring, and just lynching everyone on Pikachu 2.0 until we lynch scum because it’s a 20% chance, well...that’s just dumbfuckery

Sig's statement on Sloonei irks me for that reason, because balance shouldn't factor in to anything at all. if Sloonei is a bad then yes he should be lynched for that and stripped of his first and second lives but if he's civ, then him having two lives is an important asset.

Which mafia team isn't paying attention? I don't hate your suggestion though. The only suspects I've promoted have been DDL, Scotty and Sloonei (to a much lesser degree). If they're all good it's an easy distance kill.

On two notes:

Sloonei should not be suspected for low activity or whatever that line of thinking is. He was just lynched for that as town in Syndicate mafia.

Tentatively disagree that INH had no reason to defend Wilgy. That's dependent on whether his argument was that he thought the argument against him was bad or if he thought Wilgy was town. I cant remember and I'm phone posting so I cant check.
