Iron Snout on Steam is a fun way to relieve stress, I jsut listen to some ridiculously heavy metal and play for a while.

It's not a "new" musical fascination really, I've loved Tim Hecker ever since Ravedeath, 1972, but his new album is amazing.

Winter Light is possibly my favorite Bergman so far, although I've yet to watch Fanny and Alexander. Something about it really clicked with me.
