Return to “The Legend of Zelda (Ganon's Conquest) [ENDGAME]”
you caught me!thellama73 wrote:Also, do you know who the ONLY player is who hasn't had his fingerprints on a single civ lynch?
It's Dom.
To deflect on to me, obviously not Russ...LizKeen wrote:I wasn't deflecting, I was stating a fact. Russ is not my teammate unless he's Ganon and I don't understand why a baddie would deflect back to their teammate anyway.Dom wrote:
In addition, nice deflection onto Russ and myself though..Are you on his team?
Russ and myself received votes because of the way the poll was constructed. Russ is bad. I am civv. Russ directed his attention at me because it was the only way to save himself.LizKeen wrote:I can see why I would draw suspicion but I'm still baffled as to MR's vote last night and he never explained it after I questioned it other than to say 'I think she's bad, gotta go'. And I think I explained it when I joined the site but maybe not to you guys, I have played mafia before but it's been about 5 years. So it's sort of like riding a bike. Into a wall. I'm curious why Dom and Russ were getting votes yesterday and now it seems to be directed at me. I'm not convinced Russ is bad but did everyone change they're opinion on both if them since yesterday? I am not in a mafia team. If I had help I wouldn't be so all over the place. As for the riddle, considering how easy it seemed for others to figure out what I would have considered much more difficult riddles, I assumed the last one would probably a no-brainer for some. I was not one of them obviously. Yes, I was opposed to helping Hyrule from getting more rupees but again thought enough people would solve it we would get plenty for Ganon.
What do you think I would have done if I were bad? Do you think I would have killed SVS and MP?Snow Dog wrote:It's here...

I could be wrong but its the only reason I could see killing off those two players this early.Snow Dog wrote:Llama might.....possibly?Bass_the_Clever wrote:Wow I really don't like how many people are voting sabie. Why lie?nijuukyugou wrote:Thoughts, as promised:
1) I finally went back and looked at Dom, and is certainly IS quieter than usual. He usually guns after somebody (or a few somebodies) pretty hardcore throughout the game, but he has done none of that this game. Not sure if he's burned out or changing up his playstyle, but it's not something I've seen before.

I think we need to lynch Russ, Llama and you.Made wrote:I could of gotten the chords but wouldn't of gotten the MAJ part.
Guess that'll teach me to finally stop solely playing piano by ear. Noone has died yet in relation to the triforce of courage so Iunno
I currently want to vote MM, Russ, or MR.
MM and Russ because they both went for the piece of courage and if they're mafia with the key they have significant amounts of bank. Then....
MM has seemed really insincere in his post related to the triforce of courage
MR seemed to pop in out of nowhere to grab the power pinged me hella hard.
As I said earlier I can't read Dom at all. Admittedly, I have yet to read the page before the lynch, but if I were to find him suspicious, it would be because of his one word answers and lack of being rational. While I've come to expect that from civvie Epig, for example, I'm off put. Can a few people please further discribe his usual play style. I don't think I've ever played with civvie Dom.
I will vote after I see timing and landing of other's votes.
I thought this initially as well.Snow Dog wrote:Could minor be a chord or a scale?

Like, it seriously doesn't make sense to me from a gameplay angle. He's bad, none of his team is taking heat (nobody else was taking heat at all, really, save his and my thoughts about Splints), but he goes out of his way to solely defend the civvie who is bound to be lynched anyways? I've known Russ to be a shifty baddie before, but not a foolish one.

I'm wondering how long the fight will take too. I know you probably won't answer all these thingsI'm curious, but I shouldn't probably agree to it. I have work all day tomorrow and then have to go to the hospital again right after.

Dom, slow your roll haha. Remember how I just said goodies weren't dumb enough to blatantly reveal themselves? I'm fairly dumb, but just a smidgeon less dumb than that.
Also, fingers, Made was on the list of people I would definitely not lynch. However, things changed and the lists actually reversed, so he's someone I would be down to lynch. Everyone I would have lynched before I absolutely would not now. Long story.
Linki again: I would respond, but you're addressing my alter ego.
Linki2: I do think it's reasonable, but am against my lynch in favor of lynching goodies.

There's plenty of ammo to use building a case, and I can take it.nijuukyugou wrote:Wow. 9 votes for sabie. I'm not entirely sure why people are so sure she's bad, and why so many people have voted. Liz's vote to "get it over with" looks pretty off, too. My own initial ping with sabie had to do with her eagerness to see Made 2.0 as bad the day he was made...Made 2.0, but otherwise, not really sure. A lot of people are saying "insincere posting" and others seem to be voting "just because." This is worrisome, so even if it doesn't do much for the lynch today, I'm not gonna add vote #10.
Russ, I applaud your effort to get votes off of sabie and your massive case on splints, but you're all over the place, dude. One minute you're hardcore on splints, and then you're not. Same thing with the Boogs lynch, except in the opposite direction (not as hardcore on Boogs as your were with splints, but still). I understand that opinions can change, but I've played before with people who are "wishy-washy" in the thread and are bad, and others who point fingers at everyone they can, then back off to sneak suspicion in and they've been bad. This "all over the place-ness" (this is also a word because I said so) pings me more than sabie. Honestly, I'm really surprised no one has pointed this out as suspicious (unless I missed something, and sorry if I did and I'm taking credit). I'm putting my vote on Russ.
@sabie - You are doing nothing wrong! I think many people can attest to playing all different ways and getting themselves lynched, but also being able to stay alive and win. Talk too little, get lynched. Talk too much, get lynched. Too helpful, not helpful, too much in the middle, get lynched. It's a difficult game to get used to (I know I often have trouble keeping up and it took me a while to get used to accusing people while also realizing/hoping they won't get mad), but please keep playing!
For my part, I'm voting MM. No time for a case right now, so I don't expect him to be lynched, but I think he needs the attention and I'll put one together as soon as I'm able.
Why are you mischaracterizing the case on Sabie?Russtifinko wrote:Thanks, Snowie.
This might sound crazy or even absolutely batshit, but fingers has convinced me. I'm almost positive she's a civ now. So I will be changing my vote, and I think others should not vote for her.
However, I also think that no one at all should be voting sabie. The case against her is weak, and basically dates back to her being confused about the roles on Day 1. It's too easy, just like every other lynch this game has been.
At work and can't make cases now, but I now think we should be looking at someone who did send in a puzzle, maybe someone who's been very helpful this game. I think MM is a good place to start. And PLEASE do not lynch sabie, I think it'll turn out badly
Llama might be bad.sabie12 wrote:Well hey the baddies are winning this game. I've surprised you before Llama and I guess I will surprise you again. I'm not bad but I strongly feel that splints and llama are. Good luck to the civs that are left after you kill me and realize I'm good. I must just not be good at this game or something because I don't know what it is that I'm doing wrong this game. Maybe I'm just an idiot and don't even realize it. Sigh

There are a lot of unique solutions to this puzzle, from what I can tell.
And even if it were unlikely that civs didn't all turn in unique versions, it would be equally unlikely that mafia didn't submit unique entries.
A way to get around this tho....
EVERYONE SHARE THE KAKURO THEY SUBMITTED INTO THE THREAD!
This way if there are duplicate, we can fix them
Also, Sabie, turn in a kakuro

Also, As i'm not quite sure what everyone's going on about, I think that figuring out who wanted to push a Boog lynch, and who backed it would be the best place to start figuring out. I also think that holding this discussion off till tomorrow is in our best interest. Especially considering the death of MP last night.
