I still think he's good. As for you, I'm not all that comfortable moving my vote somewhere else and letting the baddies pile up on it and control this lynch when it's already looking settled.

Is there really that much separating Tranq and Choutas? They both seem to be playing the same game to me. Disregarding post count (I don't really pay attention to that), their contributions so far are practically the same.

So you'd rather lynch zebra who is contributing over Tranq or Choutas who have not contributed?

Why do you think the baddies will pile on after your vote somewhere else?

Here's a couple reasons I don't want to lynch zebra today.

1) I don't think she's bad. I accused her of kick-starting the day too quickly with a case against me, but in reality, her post came over 30 minutes after the night post. That's plenty of time to do research.
2) Zebra's wagon is pulling too far ahead for my liking. Whether she is mafia or civilian, if she wins the lynch in landside fashion, the information we could gain would be less useful. In a landslide, it's easier for voters to "hide" in the wagon, because that is the only viable lynch option. However, if there is a second competing wagon, that will force baddies to be more "careful" with their votes, and can be especially insightful in a mafia lynch.
3) Lynching active players early on is detrimental. Notice how the day started off with myself pointing a finger at DrWilgy, him pointing a finger at zebra, and she pointing a finger at me. Unforunately, that led to players picking sides in that debate, and it most players sided with Wilgy.

I'll leave my vote on Tranq. Zebra is right, he's too fluffy.

I don't see how Matt can defend Luke on Day 1 like this. Matt argued that Luke was new, and voted bcornett with the logic that one of the Luke voters is bad. Not everyone would know that Luke is new.

Addendum: FZ voted for Luke (called him bad) and then called DrWilgy a good look. I believe 1 of these 2 statements is fact.

Actually, I think FZ flipping cop does speak volumes about DrWilgy. FZ understands the idea of leaving breadcrumbs, amd most certainly would do so.

DrWilgy is the only player she mentioned as civ. She did vote for Luke though, so I'm actually going to follow that lead

TH is Talking Heads Mafia, and Choutas's only experience with any of the three players he mentioned here.

Partly because you didn't explain the reasoning when you made the original statement, partly because it seemed out-of-place for a statement to be as confident as yours was amidst your other posts that implied that you weren't feeling too strongly about anything in particular, and partly because it presents a certain amount of WIFOM in the context of FZ dying shortly afterwards.

I didn't know whether I should state the reason at the time. I was mainly responding to the question asked to me.

But regardless of my alignment, I do like WIFOM.

Actually no. I wouldn't propose a CFD without proper belief behind the CFD. It was Day 1, no mafia btsc had happened yet. If we were to strike them with a strategy like that, it would've been most optimal when they had no way of discussing a reaction plan. Another point, is that Fuzz stated he should look bad for suggestion of a CFD because his CFD would've saved a baddie from lynch before my confirmation as bad, putting someone who was seen as maybe civ (at the time) under the lynching block vs a confirmed baddie.

You still asked zebra to look at you. You reminded her that you tried to start a CFD on her on Day 1. If you think it was a good idea, and you suspect her enough to vote for her again today, why does it concern you that she's looking at me instead of you?

I responded that way due to not fully understanding his statement. The term plating, I only realized now may have been the word playing, and that threw me for a loop :P I also, don't think I was defending myself, more so explaining what I'm doing. If I were defending myself, it would be more like "your suspicion of me is wrong because I'm trying to avoid a no lynch." Instead, I don't see his suspicion as wrong, just rather not well made.
