It wasn't a flop my man. Folks joined this game to shoot guns, and guns were shot. We had a good time. I hope the mafia did too even if I'd understand their frustration. I don't think it was all the setup's fault anyhow, at least in the role distributions. I think the rules needed some tweaks, but whatever.

I was legitimately disappointed about my fake gun. I figured it was probably fake and part of me really hoped it would kill me. Blowing my own head off in a moment of impatience would have been anti-JJJ and thus quite memorable.

Same. I tried to make the most out of being pinned in a corner the last day.

I think restricting the roleclaims would have helped a lot to balance the game. But the 25-person setup opened things up a little so that mass roleclaiming would not have been such an accessible strategy. It's not sprit's fault we didn't hit that total.

I’ve never been able to confidently identify scum mac, but i’ve correctly identified town mac a few times. I felt like this was one of them, but I can’t say I have an entirely comprehensive view of things. Some of those speedchuck interactions aren’t pretty, especially considering Mac is usually one of the most aggressive poo-flingers in town.

Because of Colin's continued reporting that someone had a gun and wasn't speaking up, Sloonei was under immediate pressure to at least reveal that he had a gun. Then when it came to kill choice, he either had to target the guy I'd already tried to off to maintain the right image with everyone watching, or he'd have to justify picking anyone else instead. The credit-gain potential with speedchuck is great enough that in concert with the pressure to shoot speedchuck after my own attempt makes it a relatively simple decision.

Or I just had a gun and wanted to keep it hidden until I felt comfortable using it.
