Thank god. Quin, you are a gentleman and a scholar.
I'm placing a vote on Eloh for now, chances are it'll change.
Return to “Pokemon Mafia [ENDGAME]”
The bolded portions do nothing but weaken her opinion on the matter, it's like she wanted to he committed to this claim but wasn't fully there.
Pretty sure I votes Sprit before Gman homie.Fredwood wrote: ↑Fri Jun 30, 2017 10:39 pm Fucking A...So clears Tink...no way does Mafia save her over Spirit so I think they were a V/W wagon. Glad I at least moved my vote off her to at least give her the chance in a tie.
I'm taking a couple pings of G-Man because I think he was the first to vote Spirit post Macs Early vote. Though I don't want to town clear him fully yet, I think he fully knows if he votes Tink there and it's a town flip, his goose is cooked. However he did cast shade on Spirit early in the phase, so he's in my wary group.
Not sure what to do about Mac's vote, and the last time I gave voter credit for Nutella it came back to bite me in the ass.
I'd like to kill both really. I wouldn't mind if wildflower tink dies as well, but I think it's dumb that we are lynching people that are actually participating.Fredwood wrote: ↑Fri Jun 30, 2017 10:21 pmSo you would rather vote him over Spirit? Are you scum leaning spirit as well?DrWilgy wrote: ↑Fri Jun 30, 2017 10:16 pm A Dom flip does 2 very important things for us.
1. On flip, If civ, this validates that mafia may be amongst the ones preaching to purge low posters. On flip, if mafia, we can assume mafai aren't wanting to hit low posters.
2. We kill a wallflower, and won't have to deal with it later.
Assuming we gain no info from a wallflower purge is shallow.
I can understand chaos votes for the sake of chaos voting. Keeping things interesting with Mac. What I don't get are the two bolded parts.sprityo wrote: ↑Fri Jun 30, 2017 10:24 am @DrWilgy, my list has changed. Quite drastically in fact due to 1/3 being dead. I would add DDL to the list since he is a prominent player in my opinion, And I would take off Dom since he has yet to appear. You are hesititantly on there still solely because I need 5-6 players but you haven't done anything spectacular to have me want to keep you there. I'll also add Nutella as a hesitant since she appears to be wanting to do the right thing but I'm not 100% sold on it. I think. This all coming without checking back on information is what I'd have my list at now. I'm keeping mac on the list since he has at least appeared and I'm interested in seeing what he does.
Finally, the original list I made, was for all the reasons I listed. Nothing more nothing less. Hence why you're now a hesitant instead of "lol cause he's a doctor"
Sprityo.
I like this. Information gain without use is just fluff, even if it brings discussion.Neverwhere wrote: ↑Fri Jun 30, 2017 4:39 pmDr. Wigly pings me off a bit too. He seems helpful, but fishes for a lot of information and asks a lot of questions without giving much of his own opinion sometimes. I think he just reminds me a lot of me when I've been scum.
Tink.

Thats my proposed list. You guys post yours. I propose we make a deadline for it and then everyone sends their votes. Is 3 hours before the end of N0 good enough?
Everyone above, has your list from before changed? how has it changed? has it narrowed down or widened? why?sprityo wrote: ↑Sun Jun 25, 2017 6:22 pm So I don't get the purpose of putting 6 names down. From what I can read in the OP it's just one person you vote for. But my list is as follows:
Speedchuck - because we're CPI buddies
Dom - because I'm afraid of Dom. Always.
Jack - because I "like" jack as a person
DrWigly - because he's a doctor
LC - because I like LC as a person
Mac - because I haven't seen Mac in forever it feels like
Ho-ly shiiiiiit, what's up Mac?
This is what I thought for abit, but after looking at the typing of the mafia, this would be imbalanced for certain roles i.e. Bulbasuar who would have been hit double by 2 of the mafia. Unless there was a power to offset this I dont think it's the case.
It makes sense and I agree. I think it's more of a if we have the leisure to do so thing. If we have the chance for added info, take it. Y'know? A scenario where this would be helpful may be when/if we vote per say 2 individuals who haven't touched the thread yet?speedchuck wrote: ↑Thu Jun 29, 2017 4:06 pm I'm not voting in ties just to turn the most powerful civilian weapon we have, the lynch, into an unstable role analysis tool that kills the revealed player.
Not sure if all that makes sense.
But yeah, if the tie was decided like that, then that's cool.
Did Timmer and Boo fight and was Timmer KO'd because of that?
Same thing I offer every game LC, a perspective that you can't truly prove that I actually have. Most of y'all can't even prove that I truley exist for that matter... at least outside that of concept and theory. The concept of existence itself is the only truth.
By the mindset "that we can evolve more with coordination than the baddies can possibly kil off" this works, but it does require at least 60% player coordination.Elohcin wrote: ↑Wed Jun 28, 2017 7:20 amYes, thia is true. But how are we to really talk about it without the baddiea killing those who have received enough evolve votes. I planned on giving evolve points to two people I feel I can trust, targeting each every oher night untul they each get three. I wouldn't want to share who in the thread because I would be afraid they might be killed. So, please, if I'm missing some kinf of strategy where we can collaborate, tell me.Long Con wrote: ↑Tue Jun 27, 2017 11:48 pmAgreed. No sense wasting evo-points. Ideally we can get every Civ up to maxed out level, and put some powerful abilities in play.speedchuck wrote: ↑Tue Jun 27, 2017 9:24 pm By the way, keep in mind: I think every pokemon has 2 evolutions. If someone gets over 6 points (we can't ask them or know for sure, but y'know. Estimate.) it isn't helpful.
Let's say that you form a triangle and everybody votes for each other (A good strategy. Beneficial and guarantees a certain amount.). Then don't do it for more than 3 nights. That would be stupid.
Is this right?
But what changed?Dragon D. Luffy wrote: ↑Tue Jun 27, 2017 9:22 pmMy opinion is not a constant.
To both of you, why and how?G-Man wrote: ↑Tue Jun 27, 2017 3:14 pmImpressed by him am I as well.Dragon D. Luffy wrote: ↑Tue Jun 27, 2017 3:10 pm I like Boo
Not sure if he is good or bad, but I like him. He plays the way I do.
Your vote was lame. Timmer's was as well. Random voting is a plague.
What about you boo? Do you think baddies plan long term?boo wrote: ↑Tue Jun 27, 2017 2:00 pmOh, so you're giving your word to be part of a long term plan, which by your own logic is something baddies would be looking to do, and you're already planning ahead to when you'll break it. Cool.nutella wrote: ↑Tue Jun 27, 2017 1:52 pm As I see it, (since I didn't vote for one of them on night 0) I am voting for three different people on the first three nights of the game, which is as much "spreading" as is possible up to that point. After night 2, I will re-evaluate whether I want to stay in the pact or not, and I may well vote for someone else anyway. Get off my case, I'm just playing the game.
Speak for yourself.speedchuck wrote: ↑Mon Jun 26, 2017 11:24 amIt is a vote for the lynch. But just a single vote.Neverwhere wrote: ↑Mon Jun 26, 2017 11:20 amYou're going to hate me, can you explain the votes to me again? It's amazing how much I've forgotten in 2-3 years. So what is that vote for? Will there be another vote up for the lynch?speedchuck wrote: ↑Mon Jun 26, 2017 11:17 amI panicked for a second, but you only voted for nutella, didn't lynch her. And I think votes are changeable in this game.Neverwhere wrote: ↑Mon Jun 26, 2017 10:59 am Well shit, sorry to Nutella who i accidentally lynched. Got confused about what that was.
At the deadline on the above poll, the player with the most votes will be lynched. You can change your vote at any time up till then. So it's not really something worth apologizing for. We'll all have votes on us at one point or another.
At what point do you stop caring when something is not up to your standard? Are ideal situations achievable? is a better question.Jackofhearts2005 wrote: ↑Mon Jun 26, 2017 10:51 amCan you be more specific?
Accept that it sucks? That it's good enough?
Lol, perhaps that's where type advantage plays into effect.Elohcin wrote: ↑Sun Jun 25, 2017 10:01 pmIf I know Simon, ties will end in a battle to the death.
