Also, I wasn't expecting scum Jay to be so lame, especially after he has done much better as scum in the past. Oh well, that was probably the one time when I nearly fell for "too scummy to be scum"
Anyway, these past two pages were a dumpster fire, and I believe scum is trying to disrupt our towncore. The anne wagon is still awful and the spf one isn't much better. Do better guys

Jay is a smart enough player to know that this would look really bad on him if either Wilgy or Axehole flipped scum. Re: Philosophy Mafia 2: Electric Boogaloo
I'll do a trustfall exercise, stating my biggest reason(s) for townreading each slot:
anne: Jay preferred her over Wilgy and Axehole to die, and since he seemed unconcerned with them dying a team of all four seems very unlikely
cassandra: Main reason Jay died, progression is similar to mine and ilario's
DrWilgy: Jay seemed unconcerned with the possibility of him dying, MR is a decent shot, has been at least stepping up his effort this phase
Dyslexicon: Um, has at least voiced some suspicion of nutella, who I think is scum?
Esooa: Seemed unfamiliar with game mechanics when she first posted, she may have been more caught up if she was in wolfchat
falcon45ca: Cleared by Mac in what I think is too much of a gambit to be w/w
iaafr: Ballsy vanilla claim, may have been unlikely to take off Jay vote at EoD if he knew Jay was scum
ilario: Is mod confirmed town to me
Lime Coke: Good looking EoD, similar progression to me and ilario
MacDougall: Would have probably used his clear earlier if scum, decent looking Jay interactions
NotAnAxehole: Jay seemed unconcerned with the possibility of him dying, 640 seems like it'd be too obvious for a partner interaction, hunting for a team of 3 rather than 4 may be a derpclear
nutella: Some of her EoD posts concerning iaafr would look weird if anne flips town, which seems likely
staypositivefriend: Did end up voting JJJ, has a somewhat similar progression as me and ilario
Overall, I think it says something how little reason I have to townread Dyslexicon

Firstly, that would be NAI at best. Secondly, and this goes to everyone, I'd like it if we'd stop speculating about Sloonei's reasons for inactivity/needing a sub. I remember people doing that kind of thing to me when I had to sub out due to a mental health crisis, and I did not like that one bit, especially when people were still bringing it up more than a year after the fact. Besides, Esooa gives us more than enough to work with.Esooa wrote: ↑Sat Nov 27, 2021 4:39 pmam I going to have to find the games sloonei did literally nothing as town d1 because there's multiple iirccassandra wrote: ↑Sat Nov 27, 2021 4:37 pm I just opened Nook's iso and he thought Sloon was maf because busy town Sloon tries to me at least one read so yeah I may be townreading Esooa way too easily here

nutella, Esooa, Dyslexicon
Wilgy and Axehole are in the periphery of my PoE, I wouldn't vote them today unless something major happens. I think the latter currently has more going for him in terms of towniness. Mac and SPF would only be in contention if one of nutella/Esooa, one of Wilgy/Axehole, and Dyslexicon are all resolved.

You're doing the same shit people do every game someone subs in where you think because my reads aren't the equivalent of other day 2-esque reads they're bad, and it's stupid
I never shaded Mac and to even try to call it that is AWFUL
I COMPLETELY VALIDLY said his interactions that Iaafr quoted are not good for him
Mac is literally one of the best people at making good w/w interactions I know
He has literally made a partner die because he randomly RT'd a red on them and they responded poorly
I did not hedge on my Nutella defense, I explained my thoughts irt to the post
Partially too because it was something I was feeling earlier, and then remember that's just a part of Nutella, and it's probably towny overall
The "Nutella is partnered with you" thing is really just pointless
Thnx tho, later now
I still really need to conserve posts, I'm still in my fire mode from last EoD

iaafr - A bit all over the place at EoD, I have mixed feelings about him jumping off Jay's wagon, but there's still a lot of reasons to townread him
staypositivefriend - Probably my least confident of my town reads, she's towny but nothing that's lock town and is a little hedgy for my liking
NotAnAxehole - Jay seemed unconcerned with the possibility of him dying and 640 seems too obvious for a w/w interaction. Still, I'm not a fan of how he voted JJJ at last minute while previously saying he wouldn't vote Jay.
DrWilgy - Like Axehole, Jay seemed unconcerned with the possibility of him dying, and I can kind of see why MR would be a good shot from a town perspective. Still, there's nothing in his ISO that's particularly towny.
Sloonei/whoever his replacement is - Largely here due to PoE and a couple of Jay interactions that look not the best,
Dyslexicon - Many posts that look scummy in hindsight, 1035 is a noticeable example, bad Jay interactions
nutella - Showed same hedginess of Jay, scummy defense of Jay, last post before EoD was particularly scummy, seriously I would be shocked if this doesn't flip wolf.

Also, can someone who suspects anne tell me why they think JJJ would bus her? Also, what do you make of JJJ's hedginess the last time he was in thread, do you think he would have acted the same way if he thought that there was a considerable risk that one of his teammates would have gone down?
And even if his stance on anne was noncommittal, it was still the closest thing to a suspect he posted in like the entire thread
I would just like to ask why you felt the need to do this
They would have had 5 hours at most to read the thread after it was announced though. That post is still weird.
