Sometimes a Captain and crew has to mix their illegal and legal jobs. See, you have to make the credits in order to keep your bird in the air. Most jobs barely pay enough to pay your crew, let alone cover the cost of parts and fuel. So it's not unusual to take on paying passengers who need a ride from one place to another. Just have to be careful what kind of passengers and crew you take on... But can you tell the difference between the ones you can trust and the ones you should jettison out the airlock?

DrWilgy has been lynched, he was Kaylee Frye. His stats were: 3 Technical. He was civilian.

I just made the adjustments to crew permissions. I think I got them all correct, but if something looks off, please let me know. You should only be able to see your ship. Dead players and those not on a crew should not be able to

Corky was a bit afraid that everyone would’ve forgotten him and that he wouldn’t fit in anymore...

We still have him on the roster, waiting for his return. There will always be a spot waiting for you to come back and play when ever you are ready!

Among the rough and tumble criminals of the universe, there are some that are worse than others. And then there is Niska. He is not a man to be trifled with. One of our fearless crews learned that the hard way last night. They took on a job that they couldn't complete. For most employers they would simply find someone else to do the work. Not Niska. Everything costs you something with Niska. When you fail, you pay in blood. Owner of a Lonely Heart found herself on the receiving end of Niska's vengence.

Meanwhile, the mafia did their own dirty deeds. Not for vengence, just for pure spitefulness of the act. Kylemii has been killed by the Mafia.

Owner of a Lonely Heart has been killed by NIska. She was Inara Serra. Her stats were 3 Diplomacy and she was a Companion. She was also a civilian.

Kylemii was killed by the mafia. Poll is coming.

Night 2 has begun. I will be sending out job options to the Captain shortly. I will update the first post after dinner.

Doing a job can make or break you. It isn't like most respectable jobs. No it usually consists of breaking laws, and living in the gray spaces somewhere between right and wrong. The places where the Alliance didn't have such a strong grip. But it's easy to get lost in those spaces, the line becomes ever more fluid. So it also becomes harder to determine who the good guys and bad guys are. Smuggling is illegal, but is it bad? Murder, now clearly that one is illegal. Unless you are killing in self defense. Is it self defense if you kill someone you think is coming to kill you? It's unforgiving place out there in The Black, a lot less civilized and squidgy around the edges.Those kind of justifications are what led SokothQultuq to looking a little more squidgy around the edges too. In his last moments, that is. Now he's all corpsified.

Sokoth Qultuq has been lynched. He was Lucy, a Doxy. Stats: 2 Diplomacy. He was mafia.

If neither Wilgy nor lapluie show up tonight, I will be looking for replacements by the start of Day 3.

You can rephrase things in your own words if you wish, but you can’t copy what someone else says word for word into another thread. If it’s your own words you are copying then whatever man. I don’t care about that, bu anyone else’s words is a strict no.

As a reminder, during the Day phases, Captains are free to fire any crew members they wish and Players may quit their current crew to try and join another if they wish. Please continue to use a pink color to indicate any official changes to your crew status.

All four of our rag tag crews find themselves back at Persephone. Most likely drinking at a questionable establishment that sells something that passes for liquor. For those that completed their jobs, they can drink their fill on something fine that comes from the Earth-That-Was Distillery. For those that didn't do so well, I suppose the barman can find them something that will do the trick. Never mind the taste.

One person won't be drinking anything though. Soneji was killed in the street in cold blood. No one seemed to notice though. Persephone sees it's fair share of shootings. Poor Soneji.

Night 1 has ended. It's up to the crews if they discuss the outcome of their jobs or not. I will have the poll up shortly. I may try to shorten our time during the next Night in order to get this back at a manageable time for EoD. In the meantime I apologize for this Day Phase EoD.

Mac saw the mob coming, he just never realized it would be coming for him. It wasn't until they had him tied and strung up before it hit him that this was the end. It hadn't been the war that did it. Yes, but not the same day they officially join. Once you officially join you are stuck on that crew until the following Day phase. At which point you are free to quit if you are disgruntled with your Captain. Captains can also be dissatisfied with a crew member and fire them, but not until the following Day phase as well.
