Which part? The specific Ender/Nanookness of the post, or me wanting Nanook?

Ender/Nanook comes from Achromatic having put those names forward and the people seem to push more towards Ender.

Nanook's actions remind me a lot of how Nanook plays as scum sometimes. He is being overly generous to NAA to pocket NAA, his pushes are meh, moving votes seemingly more to avoid sus and push opporunistically than seeming to care about where he was voting.

Earlier D2 when I came in the thread, him moving off me onto Porscha I think pinged me, and just now he had another movement that pinged me. He can be lazy IiT as either alignment, but there are certain things he does more as scum than town and I think I'm seeing those things.

Its pretty straightforward really, they hit some of the town markers i look for wiyh wilgy when they were here, but not to the point id lock it, and the longer they're gone the less inclined I am to continue TRing them. They're certainly *capable* of having this game as town, they also did it fairly recently as mafia too, and with the d1 maf kill into no death n1, today is a good day to deal with a slot like wilgy's, particularly since the rest of the day hasn't just been a sleepwalk into killing him

I think out of game I rate myself very highly because I have such crippling self doubt if I don't I would probably never play mafia again. I have to remind myself that I have a long history of playing well and to relax and trust my processes. G8 was a horror show of me due to extreme burn out and I cannot overstate how much I hated that game.

In terms of in game, moment to moment, I am just playing the game. I can be wrong, I can misunderstand something, I can have incomplete information. I can't call myself great if I go into a game thinking I know everything because that's when you get the taste slapped out of your mouth.

This might sound paradoxical.

Me saying my view of the game is objectively more in depth and considered than anyone else here we can talk about post game if you like but fuck I don't feel arrogant saying that reading over everyone else's work. That's not a skill thing, it's just my plain view of things. More in depth and more correct are two different things though.

I don't think it's a personal failing. Maybe I am totally off, right? I just wish I felt like the thread was trying to solve with me I guess. Maybe I just have too much free time on my hands this week. Sorry, I can understand it can e a lot but I was really excited and my partner works long days and I only have to work a few hours a day for my business so when I am excited I just play mafia a lot.

I think it would perhaps benefit you to be a bit more accepting or open minded about how other people approach the game. Like...remembering that this is a hobby for most people, essentially a way to have structured socialization, can go a long way towards alleviating frustration ime. Theres nothing wrong with taking it seriously, there's also nothing wrong with treating it casually, unless the game is clearly marked as for one or the other in signups both sides kinda have to be accepting of the other to some extent or the game becomes less fun for everyone involved.

I'm not going to lie, I am not confident in it at all. I'm just annoyed enough.

Achro is in this weird state where there's been a bunch of reads/posts where I like them, but there's also another bunch that feel slimy as all hell.

I actually did like some of his progression on Porscha, for instance. But comparatively the push on Dizzy (Especially the part where he shaded Dizzy's activity) has felt slimy as all hell and as I've aggro'd that he's gone on me.

I think their reads are largely shaped by "I can understand/agree with X's thought process," which is

I mean not the worst way to read a game but certainly has pitfalls, particularly in a setting with so many people you're new to. I don't think its particularly ai from what I understand of his play.
