the original arguement here was that "Gavial was trying to save Tess", but that doesn't necessarily have to be true, he indiscriminately poked at everyone trying to vote out of LC/Alison, I think the only pause there would be when he stated he would vote LC here over alison, and that might have been because the alison train was dying for Wigly's train to grow

I think Tess/Alison is very likely because like, the only reason Alison would T-dome someone D2 as wolf is if:
a. She thinks she would win (Very likely in most cases, even against LC)
b. Something takes attention off her next day

Tess was softing to claim today becuase it's the perfect 1-2 punch which keeps town from focusing and gives Alison a few days to lose the heat over hard-pushing LC.

and they do it again the next day, when they vote Dr. Wigly
