Also note that the above analysis is just looking at compatibility, not the likelihood of any particular individual being a wolf.

I'm a little concerned that I might be overweighting the assumption that wolves would always have at least one vote on Hally if she's town. That one assumption is leading me to rule out a lot of worlds.
