Sucks I got lynched early. I swear I could have talked myself out of that had I actually been around that day. I also would have soooo tried to talk 3/4ths of my team out of trying to save me. But still. I'm proud of my Residents! We were rockin' in Avant 1 and we just kept on rollin' in Avant 2.

Also - I just want to add how awesome Chaindeath, CBK and Epi were. Really. I was amazed at how quickly they were catching on and stuffs. Epi just blew my mind.

I think the very fact of svs pointing it out was that he was such an unlikely target - and that - he was not "not particpating" but that he was working his subtle the way he does is something that's worth notice. I think it's unwise to assume that only a baddie has baddie reasons for pointing out things or that any answers can be found as quickly as you are trying to find them.

I think it's something about the fact that he's unable to defend himself. I, personally, believe it is Very Bad Form to go after someone who can't defend themselves. Which is why I freaking hate the insanifier, this is one of the few places where LoRab and I differ. The insanifier that is, I feel pretty good saying LoRab doesn't like going after someone who can't defend themselves.

For those not familiar with the insanifier, and I assume Truth was insanified, it takes words and mixes them up. Old players from LP and TP and RM often show up, as the original program included people who were playing the games it was first created for. Cabin Fevah is one of those players. One can often get the gist of what's being said, if the person insanified posts enough. So, Truth, I'd encourage you to post more. Even if we can't uderstand, we can be amused, lol.

Lots of this! Also - you guys - the longer posts tend to read better than the posts that are just a few words. Like really - how is it that epi's posts are mostly just player's names? a few sentences at a time gives us enough usually to be able to try to hash out what you are trying to say.

not sure if it was both or not. But - what I was thinking was that if the day 0 poll made all the Earth votes not count in the lynch - maybe the night 1 poll had something to do with people's targets getting re-directed.

I thought at first Leech's post was typical Jase. I'm not saying I completely agree with the idea behind it - but it's tempting especially to newer players. (And not one I've not contemplated a 1000 times.)

The defenses of him seem one sided to those who are newer to mafia and are just trying to figure things out and those players who are more seasoned. (and by trying to figure things out - I mean - a one time player of a sock game. We have some seasoned members who heard stories, but never played a sock game. I can understand the newer player's paranoia even when it is faulty) I'm fairly sure there are crossed wires going on here.

If anyone can show me someone "defending Leech for crazy he gets powers if lynched wierd protect move" from someone from the mafia home, I'm totes willing to look there. I'm more leary of jumping on the newer peeps as they have not mostly played as many games as we have. (it's funny though cuz they have payed only sock games.) :nods:

awesome post socky! I'm not sure what it all means, (I'm with the svs camp. I feel rereading in order ). I don't find the particular posting requirement all that harsh and it is a nice way to encourage discussion. While the prize thing on a day 0 poll is pretty traditional, it is possible that the portal vote was for storytelling. Wasn't the avant game where we had to decide where we were going during the day and svs and a bunch of others got frozen out in the snow while we were trying to build shelter and hunt and stuffs? Anyway - I could see some similar mechanic being used here as well.

Not sure who i find suspicious just yet, but wabbit was funny earlier. (Srrsly, I LOLed in the car and Diggz was all "What?" and I was all "Wabbit cracks me up." and then he scowled for a minute. Good times.)
