In short, you don't have the right.
JJJ? Accept it and move along.
Lucy? Probably encourage them as a wagon.
Any other needed examples?

I'm pretty sure her last post was before I voted for her, so no her content did not change my mind. I also was only on her for like 15 minutes. I was on Wilgy and Marmot and Ender too. Hell, I even voted Jay at some point.RondoDimBuckle wrote: ↑Fri Jul 01, 2022 9:01 pmYou were on FS and now you are on Wigly

Re: Halvøsen Ridge [DAY 2]
I also agree that a red Wilgy would mean that we need to carefully look at Jay. I have had a strong sense that Jay has been trying to save Wilgy since early today when he did IMO not very good disassociations, and pushed people to only vote Wilgy if they could build a good team for Wilgy to be on.EnderWiggin wrote: ↑Fri Jul 01, 2022 9:00 pm Alright, if Wilgy flips red btw I want to go after Jay next.
There are multiple reads where he does a POE and has Wilgy there as an afterthought.
Or susses and with a "Maybe Wilgy".
This allows him to say he was sussing Wilgy if he goes over but means he doesn't have to push them unless someone cases Wilgy haaaaaard

Re: Halvøsen Ridge [DAY 2]
I don't think it was that because you didn't ask a question, and what I'm thinking of was more recent.
Either way, I think you're right that I did not respond to the JJJ/Marmot thing you posted.
I don't think I'd count it against Jay that he put you as low town. You got an initial burst of townreads because you felt comfortable in the thread, but you aren't exactly the most content-dense person, and while you have had a few decent takes today, I think that was mostly after this (I could be getting timelines messed up though), so I don't think it is unusual for someone to trend downwards when they aren't generating strong townie content.lucy wrote: ↑Fri Jul 01, 2022 2:53 pmWhen you first pushed me (for mistaken reasoning) marmot fanned the flames, you both being the first ones to think that i’m not town seriously, alison was ambivalent about me and said i did a poor job of responding. then jjj hops on and randomly puts me in low town, just above PoE. nothing else has happened but i assume it would have if i got another vote, because as jjj said nobody has a solid reason to townread me. besides the fact i feel town or whatnot, which can change very easily and ends up being influence, which jjj would have.Seanzie wrote: ↑Fri Jul 01, 2022 1:53 pmOkay, well I'd prefer to hear your take on this before I say anything. scum would try to do this because i am a newish player and the weakest one in towncore/getting the most townreads, therefore degenerating towncore
Scum could try to do that, but town would as well. Are you saying you think JJJ is scum here? Do you believe JJJ/Marmot are scum together coordinating an attack on you, hoping I would have pushed along with them?

This is super conceited, but I've had this tinfoil about you most of the game that you've been acting the way you have because you know I can read your usual meta pretty well and so you didn't want to play that way because you're woofin' and I'd catch you.Dyslexicon wrote: ↑Fri Jul 01, 2022 7:33 pmAt the point where I wrote lacktown, I had just read your questioning of Ender and how you didn't believe the "game state is creepy and I'm tugging my clothes" from the beginning of your questioning. It just reads like real thoughts to me. "I didn't believe it from the beginning of, that's why I'm questioning you, you goose."
I think I read you quite well. When I do, you say "Why?" and demand reasons.

The whole insisting on a legacy thing... Alison can and will demand that we sheep her if she dies, but here it doesn't feel the same. Like instead of it feeling like "sheep me fools", she's just quietly labeling the posts as legacy, feels more like meta-replication than natural.

Re: Halvøsen Ridge [DAY 2]
I actually haven't played with Jay as much as many others here, so you might be asking the wrong person. The one time I saw him when I was town, in terms of direct thread control he was probably similar to this. Jay is not overbearing as town leader, instead he wields a lot of indirect thread control due to the respect others (rightfully) have for him.NateTheLesser wrote: ↑Fri Jul 01, 2022 1:29 pmI haven't actually played with Jay, but he hasn't been as strong of a "town leader with thread control" presence as I expected, though he's definitely still directing traffic. How does his clout here compare with other games you've played with him? Like, 1) is there a difference in activity level and 2) is that part of your wariness.Seanzie wrote: ↑Fri Jul 01, 2022 1:12 pmYou really should actually read my ISO.
I am wary of them. I have found some of their analysis questionable, and possibly having an agenda. Some of their takes seem overly generous, and early on I got the feeling that they were less worried about my alignment than they were about my reads. Them voting Creature is bad IMO as well, considering that Creature is sometimes an easy miselim, and I don't sense wolf!Creature here.
That being said, I think I am just naturally wary of anyone who has as much threadclout as Jay demands, and in the past it has taken me many days and wolf flips to really come to trust Jay, so I am not confident in pushing him too hard. Besides, it feels a bit moot as even if I wanted to push him, there isn't the threadsupport for that push, so I am more inclined to try to flip another wolf and see if their flip supports a scum!Jay world, in which then there might be threadsupport for it.
So no, I do not notice a major difference in activity (do you find him inactive?) and no this does not affect my read of him.

Re: Halvøsen Ridge [DAY 2]
Aside from Jay, who I think most people have a contrary opinion to me, who are the people I'm pushing that you're townreading?NateTheLesser wrote: ↑Fri Jul 01, 2022 1:18 pmProbably Seanzie? A lot of his pushes have been on people I town read, so I think that would tell me a lot about whether my worldview is largely correct or whether I need to do more reevaluating.

You'll have to point me to the "what" in "what Marmot abd JJJ did together" because I'm not sure what you're referring to.lucy wrote: ↑Fri Jul 01, 2022 1:21 pmi’ll need more time and to not watch kids to articulate what i’m trying to say, if ur not busy look at what marmot and jjj did togetherSeanzie wrote: ↑Fri Jul 01, 2022 1:12 pmYou really should actually read my ISO.
