TSP is always an aggravatingly hard read for me. Vote pressuring him was pretty much a last resort for me even though it hasn't worked for me in the past. I've got nothing on him.

I will say though that I wouldn't trust anyone who has you more than a town lean right now. Not saying you were scummy, but I do think people were playing up how much they were townreading you.

I'm kinda disappointed that everybody ignored the Epi vote aside from Epi. I think that would have spewed Epi town regardless of whatever he did to me.

Lucy is proooobably town? If Dizzy is mafia, I'm actually more convinced that Lucy is town.

I honestly did like Violet's readslist. I don't know how accurate it is though. I have my doubts about Ricochet being scum. Ricochet just seems like low hanging fruit to me.
Dizzy could actually be mafia, which is why I was kinda concerned about them low posting today compared to yesterday. I think they realized that by continuing to play the way they were playing D1, they'd have no good reason to continue to be a live later in the game.

I think the townreads on Epi are overblown, too. Probably more so than SpaceDaisy.
I think the scumreads on Ricochet are overblown, and the only reason I'm even considering yeeting them today is because I don't know who else I'd go after right now.

On the other hand, it does feel like people are genuinely not outting their real reads (just like me) and keeping their cards close to their chests.

FWIW, I agree it's overblown. I voted a civ Day 1, and my read on Jack was off. Dolby wasn't even on my radar. Since I know it's correct, might I suggest that if you think it's overblown, and I am correct that maybe you should be asking why they are so sure about me being town?

As for Epi, I thought it would be scum-indicative if he flat out rejected it. If he accepted it, that would require him to help us make it far into the game, and while I think he'd be willing to do that with you, I think he has other plans for me (specifically, getting my yeeted at some point in the near future). However, the way he responded to me makes me doubt my own expectations now. I think I'd still be willing to agree to this gameplan with you and him, but I'm gonna rescind my offer to him soon.
It's fine, it just was starting to feel a little dodgy to me and it was sending me down paranoid lane that I might getting set up to look bad if you flipped mafia.

I get that. Right now, assuming you're town, I think mafia is just going along with the consensus and calling you their top town. If you don't get nightkilled (and I highly suspect that mafia isn't going to night kill you), watch out for people who try to turn on you after calling you a confident townread early on in the game. I can't count the number of times mafia has tried to do this to me.

What would you have pushed for, say your presence and energy would have been there.

I probably would've taken the lazy route and went for Ruri since there was momentum there and because I didn't trust that we'd get enough out of them later on to get a more accurate read than we had D1. Basically, would've just resolving and non-resolvable slot sooner rather than later. Buuuut a Vig probably took care of that for us. <3

For future reference, mentioning me isn't necessary because I prefer to read the thread in chronological context, so I'll get to your post when I arrive at it, promise. I know you (and lucy below) don't know that about me, so I wanted to respond as soon as I could.

To answer your question, my mind doesn't work like that, and certainly not this early. Although I'm not altogether sure what you're asking for, since why would you want to work with me and Spacedaisy if one of us is bad? What does "work with" mean here?

Alright, got'cha on that first point.

Regarding the second, what I mean by "work with" is listening to and helping to push any theories you've got on the game unconditionally. And the reason why I'd want to work with you and Spacedaisy even if one of you is bad is because if there ISN'T mafia among us three, mafia will have to kill one of the three of us eventually since we'd be unconditionally working with each other and not questioning each other's alignment. It's similar to what I was doing with Dizzy D1 -- I tried just calling them unconditionally town and encouraged people to do the same in hopes to bait mafia to kill them N1.

I'm not the best at d1 reads, they get significantly better after d2 and I imagine after real timing with boq I'll have a strong read on him. he wasn't wagoned anyway but I'd argue to protect him if he was, your vote didn't really effect the 3 way tie, honestly I didn't consider it because of that, him not going over that is.

Yup. Real-timing is really helpful to me, too. I wouldn't say it's the ONLY reason D1 was so slow, but that was probably one of the factors -- for me at least.

I’m better mafia than town because everyone thinks I’m suspicious all the time anyway. The way I think about things tends to not be like most people so what is just my normal suspicions don’t make sense to others. For the first year I played I was almost always killed but the civ vig when I was town. So I don’t think my read accuracy is much to write home about. I think I can take my town meta pretty easily as mafia though so I don’t know how much that helps you. I’ll look up a couple meta game examples for you in a minute.

I am more of an intuitive player, if the posts get crazy out of hand, I will struggle to keep up. I will never reach that 100 post cap. Also, I’m a slow starter. It takes me a minute to get my feet under me, but my activity increases as we go because I gain confidence. Not much of a shit poster.

What do you want to know about when you ask what my experience is? How long I’ve been playing?
This seems like a genuine answer to me and that makes it slightly town.

Going for easy content, then dipping without a care.
