Because I reacted in real time when I saw the post. If I had a chatroom, I would WTF in there first, and wouldn't have said anything in thread. I don't have a chatroom, so i reacted in thread. And I understand his take, not just because it's me he's talking about, but becasue I tend to regard things of that nature the same way. I'm smoother when i'm bad becasue of that chatroom, and I think most people are as well.

And in this specific game, I was pretty much ignoring the *name* of my role, the players name (I actually had to look at my role PM again last night becasue I forgot it) becasue it really isn't relevant to the game, it's just flavor. So pretty much every night post when "S~V~S" kills someone is gonna freak me out a bit, but I'll keep it to myself from now on

I have hosted one of the original syndicate member based mafia games only we (splints and I) used socks to dive deeper into the meta of other players while playing them. So while I am used to seeing my name or other's names I still get a *feeling* when I see my name associated with badness. (though tbf I have randed bad way more times than town on this site)

So far, I think Neon prolly town; if she was bad I think she would not have even considered what I said before rejecting it. But she did consider it.

Of Lemon and syn, I’m more inclined to read Lemon townishly. They feel sincere to me, even if they are aiming that sincerity at me.

I’m a bit more conflicted on syn; but not sure how much of that is OMGUS. When they made this post early day I wasn’t sure it wasn’t a joke since Wilgy and I had two interactions, both over a joke. It felt like sowing seeds for a later vote, maybe a tad opportunistic. So maybe OMGUS on my part, maybe not.

I agree with this, not in the general sense as I think smoothness is relative to the player, but S~V~S would 100% dm host first if wolf based on my experience with them.
