Since it's a Heist type of game, there's a maximum of 5 non-vanilla roles, everything else is vanilla

We still have a full quota of town PR alive. I think it should almost be time to claim if you're a confirmable town PR as we may be able to run it down.

I'm not gonna force it obviously but if you are a town PR you should consider it.
