Nope. See how different areas are colored? Those are different sections. It costs 1 action to move to a different section. So if you wanted to go from Section A to the Cockpit, that'd take an action. You can move freely in your section without using an action though.

Sure, why not? If it helps you, view actions as little gold coins. You receive two per turn to use however you like. However, the taxman takes away any gold coins that you don't use up, so you can't save up Action coins.

Why are there combat rules for this plane? I just wanted a safe, tranquil flight.

I have many questions about the combat rules.

A player with an Aim stat of 6 PM's me saying that he wants to shoot another player in the head with a gun from their inventory. At this point, I'll use http://www.random.org's random number generator. If the number is lower than six, the player's aim stat, the result will be a success, and the person they were aiming at will instantly die. If the number is 7, 8, 9, or 10, the bullet will miss.

Does this mean that the odds of success are the same regardless of the target/distance? If the person being shot in the head is an arm's length away, shouldn't that require an easier roll than someone on the other side of the plane? Likewise, shouldn't aiming for a person's eyeball be harder than aiming at their torso? How is this taken into account if at all? If you miss your target, is there a chance of hitting a bystander? Explosive decompression is largely a myth, but what effect do bullets passing through the hull of the plane have? Do you have to roll for aim if the target is yourself? How is suicide viewed in this game anyway? Can I ask one more question? What happens if you say "no" and I've already asked it, like I just did?

Well, it's a fairly small airplane. There really isn't any place to run to, and the idea is that everyone is kind of in extremely close quarters. So, I'm not really factoring that into consideration. Also, I'm a lazy bum, and I just don't want to add another layer of complexity to this clustermug of a game.
