like you're not even bothering to respond to the initial question I asked because you're already cocksure of the direction you're headed in and regardless of your alignment it's a shitty way to play the game and a shitty way to treat people and I just don't have the patience to deal with it so I'm returning the energy.

Re: Cyberpunk Mafia [Day 2]
depends if you'd also like to stake it on mine that essentially said the same thing as hk. or you could make an argument that we should just sheep sean blindly, i'm willing to hear that argument that has yet to be made. i am ok with tutuu saying they want to vote within sean's poe, this is broad enough for me, acceptable. what do you personally think kate? same as tutuu or were your thoughts somewhere else?Kate wrote: ↑Mon Jul 10, 2023 4:13 pmLol. Should we stake the game on this post?hollowkatt wrote: ↑Sun Jul 09, 2023 9:38 pmin my experience town seanzie, should be survive D1, is nearly impossible to eliminate. Kinda like Jack yeah? So sure, could be reads, could be SPK management. until/unless we see a flip of his outlier reads (top towns or top wolves) saying Seanzie was killed for reads isn't something you can really stake the game on.

I was debating pinging brad last night just to ask if he randed wolf so he is on my radar, but also probably because I think I missed a lot of the pages where he made posts. i saw a few but that's rarely enough to convince me of brad's alignment (i am not particularly good at reading brad)

Not specifically but wolves get pissy when they're caught. This is beyond pissy, this is furious. It ok with you that he told me to fuck myself? I'd never say that to someone in a game. I don't care if it's pearl clutchy.

Let's bet on it. A friendly bet. This is in no way snark or mean and ily.
Re: Cyberpunk Mafia [Day 2]
not ok with me at all, fmpov he's definitely in the wrong toxicity wise. u just called him a wolf and he exploded. im just trying to not fuel the fire. props to you for trying to deescalate, i appreciate u. im very certain he's town though. people rarely break down so much as mafia. as town u feel like u are wronged so its easier to get enraged. as mafia u arent wronged, u know ur the bad guy. people hold themselves back more as mafia, ppl arent that cruel to lash out like that for someone correctly finding them as mafia and playing well. its very rare, really really rareKate wrote: ↑Mon Jul 10, 2023 6:42 pmNot specifically but wolves get pissy when they're caught. Ok! *shakes*
By the way:
1. If you were bad, you'd be madder at HK and would have tried to calm him down, and
2. If you were bad there is NO way you'd defend him at this point.
I'll be working on that avatar

Re: Cyberpunk Mafia [Day 2]
i played 1... 2 games with them recently. was reranded. i think i got the hang of their gameplay, i could be wrong. it seemed pretty similar to me tot his one, they posted a lot, was upset at sean misunderstanding them, here they said theyre voting for sean coz he made it personal (when sean was like: wtf bro what did i even do?) felt to me like a townie who cares about their thing a lot. i think its usually townies who do stuff like that. admittedly they are from personality cafe where its the land of people with no qualms of full blown emotional manipulation with dizzy in the lead. so i guess the site wolfing culture would have rubbed off on them and that could be in their wolf range. but in general i think ... the thing i described is a general town tell. it is true that i dont have a ton of experience with belzy and i could be wrong on my perception on what their range is. but im rly insistent that what they displayed this game is something that's generally towny posting, in a vacuum, if we ignore their site background and possibility of ppl consciously incorporating general town tells into their wolf range

Re: Cyberpunk Mafia [Day 2]
~16 hours and no one else has really gone for Belzy
this is maybe a very small and barely useful thing to say, but: I don't think Sean was killed in order to frame Belzy for being very publicly pushing and scumreading Sean yesterday
I was sort of hoping that would happen / the thread would engage on Belzy and that's how I could figure out my read
there's just something about they're D2 entrance that I don't like. it feels very "pre-decided". like:
- scum figured I would be cleared by the rand, but someone knows I'm bad at solving as town, so better to kill elsewhere
- okay so scum has to townread me now
- Belzy's actual explanation for townreading me is.....that I successfully managed to tinfoil them about tutuu pocketing them
- but then it's right back to voting for Kate and also pushing HK
- no questioning of tutuu, which is why I flipped to bothering tutuu about Belzy, which went.....ok
@tutuu @Kate any flaws in my logic for what I think is possibly sus behavior here from Belzy?
if we wanted a comparison, I think Spacedaisy has done a decently towny thing (not the AtE about potentially mischopping, mind you) with ending on a "welp, my worldview is kinda broke now, but I'm going to think on things instead of just being stubborn and trying to flip one of my D1 scumreads without more analysis first"
otoh
- they had a bad day. I'm not being sarcastic. I could see that explaining today. I give anyone I play with a 1-time AtE pass. I believe you until you AtE, after that I will never believe you again. so. They had a bad day

Re: Cyberpunk Mafia [Day 2]
i dont think that belzy's behavior is uncharacteristic from a town belzy given my recent game with them. its not really easy to put it into words. theyre just ... belzy. they're doing belzy things. from my pov

Earlier when I was doing the analysis of the voting from day one, he was included. His vote had me put him in the likely civ column. TOOTIES' post was further than I went but I agree his posts were sincere, which put belzy more firmly in the town column.
