Tutuu, very towny energy and liked her solving thus far.
LC has kinda felt the same as how he was in the flipless game I played with him about a month ago.
Granted the LC read is way looser in comparison. Tutuu is my top townread.

@Long Con why'd you go send me to read a town game ?_? I thought I was about to be hit with some massive shift in meta or something that debunked my post ;_;
My theory does kinda work even reading that game because while you were kinda avoidant of giving reads & instead just joked around in Beans, in Guitar you were fine engaging with the playerlist & getting some reads on the board even while just enjoying usual conversation

didnt like capes opener either but cant really pinpoint why other than it felt a little awkward to me
delta leaning town on everyone might be slightly towny, wolves tend to be slightly more pressured to find something to scumread or shade in their openers

I guess this would make sense - I don't know how large nor how long games on here tend to be, but if the game never reached parity or whatever wincon and didn't have any additional kills, at 4 deaths per cycle the game would go for 7 cycles. assuming parity is reached sooner, perhaps 4-5 cycles? just trying to reason through how that many deaths per cycle would make sense, and I think it does (?)tutuu wrote: ↑Mon Nov 13, 2023 11:57 pm If I were to design this game, I would make each pair share the same slot, role and alignment, and try to balance the game around town having double chop every day (most of the time) and mafia having double night kill every night (most of the time).
Jay was very insistent and hopeful on having a large amount of players, which would be needed to make something like this possible.

Shoot, someone (ilario??) questioned me earlier when I suggested that Tutuu’s verbosity striking me as odd, asking me something like ‘have you never played with tutuu?’
I mean yes, I’ve danced, I’ve played, I’ve uwu’d across the floor with tutuu, though i don’t recall the layers of self reflective wordage displayed in this game as previous ones. It stands

I suspect there’s going to be some switcheroos tomorrow. If I had my druthers, I’d expect a good percentage (or all) of those that survive this cycle to completely switch threads, and go to the ‘leisure’ side, and a good chunk (or all) over there will come here and we’ll each read back what everyone has said thus far.Alexy wrote: ↑Wed Nov 15, 2023 3:19 pmI guess this would make sense - I don't know how large nor how long games on here tend to be, but if the game never reached parity or whatever wincon and didn't have any additional kills, at 4 deaths per cycle the game would go for 7 cycles. assuming parity is reached sooner, perhaps 4-5 cycles? just trying to reason through how that many deaths per cycle would make sense, and I think it does (?)tutuu wrote: ↑Mon Nov 13, 2023 11:57 pm If I were to design this game, I would make each pair share the same slot, role and alignment, and try to balance the game around town having double chop every day (most of the time) and mafia having double night kill every night (most of the time).

Some of us might stay behind (to work overtime or what have you) so we have some form of overlap so we’re not just forever playing a small ball within a game and never interacting with the other side in a live capacity.
Sounds trippy.

You have to manually crop it down to the required pixel ratio. If you have like preview or some sort of app for your comp, you can do it pretty fast. Though it is annoying that they don’t automate

3 wolf in this half seems logical.Long Con wrote: ↑Tue Nov 14, 2023 12:06 am Hmm. It's too unwieldy for someone to be town and have a wolf flipside partner. If someone's a wolf here, then they're a wolf over there.

Attempting to read players isn't lazy, it's the point of the game. If wrongly reading them is lazy and unhelpful, you are lazy and unhelpful.DarlingMonroe wrote: ↑Wed Nov 15, 2023 2:14 pmWhich I found lazy tbh... idk how stating there was one player left to check in is suspicious... it just screams you grasping at straws to get anyone lynched.... which if you are town (which I highly doubt based on your behaviour), I don't see how it is helpful.

You see very defensive. Quick to vote out others, but can't take it when others read you as SUS? Okay, noted.tutuu wrote: ↑Wed Nov 15, 2023 4:51 pmAttempting to read players isn't lazy, it's the point of the game. This is just how I've chosen to talk. You can verify this by isoing me here, I was town: viewtopic.php?t=2545Jackofhearts2005 wrote: ↑Wed Nov 15, 2023 2:52 pmThis feels correct.
You are comparing me to a younger me from years ago who used to talk differently. The difference might be there but it's not forced, you just didn't see the gradual journey. @Scotty
Re: Severance [Workday One]
Actually my bad I misread the post a little. You were talking about "verity of desperation". I wasn't familiar with that word verity so I understood it as reading me to tonally. Not quite the same. So sure maybe linking my game still somewhat relevant. You posted a reaction gif of being puzzled at one of my posts earlier which was a normal me post.tutuu wrote: ↑Wed Nov 15, 2023 5:06 pmThis is just how I've chosen to talk. Re: Severance [Workday One]
I think that DarlingMonroe is hiding their identity or their original account name, which is fine, I'm not interested in prying into their life. I'm just mentioning this because I find it game relevant to bring up my concern that there's a world where they're mafia and get townread off of the assumption they're a beginner. They're definitely not a beginner, and them lying about it, if they are, isn't necessarily scummy, as in that world they have the objective to hide themselves regardless of alignment. But please be wary to not get blinded by them, I would find it helpful to perceive them as a non-newbie player and be careful.
