I think abbi’s defense today has been like a flailing caught wolf that just needed to make something up for the strange behavior at end of day. I think abbi was counting on her magnetizing to Michelle to be a clearing action and I think nothing had made sense until that point.

And we KNOW it’s not a cop check, because Michelle would show as green anyway.

Haven't reviewed anything recently and my head hurts too much for quantifiable VCA.

I will ask why not Thunal. My immediate guess is to who the teammate was is them.

The way Thunal handled EoD2 was blatantly saving Michelle, which is bit clumsy if she’s wolf. I actually townread her more for the extremely confident push against the Michelle yeet.

I think my main hang up with thunal is in regards to her opinion of me- it’s felt so soft in recent phase. When people suspect me, I tend to get hyper focused on determining if they really mean it, and when I prodded her today on if she still suspects me because it’s felt waffly, the response was akin to ‘well, yeah, i do, you’ve been in my Poe’ but without an sort of follow up

I don't suspect you though? I'm not going to be totally sure or confident of my reads ever and certainly not after yesterday. You're not in my immediate PoE and I wouldn't vote you unless SVS flipped town or there was reason to significantly change my read on her.

I actually really like thunal's day 1 so far
the iso feature on this site isn't conducive to making a wallpost so I'll just summarize what I've read:

Thunal starts off with some quick n easy town leans, which is usually a good way for town to start off the game. It's easy enough for a wolf to fake, but the part I really liked was when they asked SVS about their read on Long Con and Scotty, the two town leans Thunal already has. This is a super organic train of thought for a genuinely solving towny to follow so I buy it for now
Thunal has also been consistently aware of every player's suspicion of them and asking them to elaborate. Don't know that I would particularly align it to either side, might just be their playstyle

I don't think Scotty/Cape are teamed anymore btw, and even when I made the read I knew it was low probability. I just nailed a w/w pair from d1 distancing in my last town game so I got excited when I had the thought.

@Thunal33, I had the same thought that Cape's quick flurry of anti-Scotty propaganda might be more about getting out of trouble than actually suspecting Scotty. However, he made some points I thought were legitimately compelling too.

I think subscribing to Thunal's logic is silly, like why would I not only feel the need to get pressure off myself but also bus at the same time? Like to me that's a pretty bad mafia play unless I was gonna play exactly like ilario or something from my mafia team of Severance that u hosted. But you also said you dont in like another post. Generally I am anti bus early on, like I would vaguely sus my maf partners verbally if they were sussing me and if the thread direction was really going that way, then i might succumb. Like I didnt have a good voting record in my recent scum game here.

I felt kinda strange about ur dynamic with me/Scotty and how hard you shifted into me all of the sudden being scum from your light town reads. Felt like you were building specifically scumreads off consensus

I think Cape straight up calling my logic silly is unpairing with Scotty. It's easier to be dismissive when you know it's wrong.

I would like this post to be genuine but I just can't accept it yet

like I can totally see a towny with this character arc but I just don't think thunal is that character yet

I also struggle to reconcile the flipped perspective on scotty without any interaction with scotty themselves whatsoever. That's just ??? even if town, makes the slot way harder to solve
