Remember that the premier rules in any Syndicate Mafia game come straight from the site rules. Review those rules below, and direct any concerns you may have to the host or moderator(s) on duty.
Also always be mindful of the culture of respect that must be maintained in all Syndicate spaces at all times, to include this game thread and any external communication spaces relating to the game. Players must be respectful to one another, to the game host, to the members of the staff overseeing the game, to the game itself by way of its rules and spirit, to the Syndicate community in general, and ideally also to themselves. 1.) Claim whatever you want if anything. 2.) Votes in the poll are official, and I will only consider the poll votes when I resolve a day phase. It is still obligatory to call votes in the game thread, as the poll does not track voting order. Call your votes to make it possible to discern timing and order. This is not optional. Please call votes with the [ vote ][ /vote ] tags (no spaces).
3.) Votes are changeable with no limitations.
4.) Voting is not obligatory. There is no requirement to vote in any phase whatsoever. There are participation standards though, which I'll cover separately. 5.) The player who has received the most votes at the deadline shall be eliminated. There is no majority hammer.
6.) In the event of a tied vote, the eliminated player shall be decided among the tied names at random.
7.) A "no elimination" option will be included each day phase. This option must lead the tally with no ties to be enacted at any time.
Participation Standard
You must make a MINIMUM of five posts per day phase. If this standard is not being met, I will pursue prompt replacements. This is a very small game, so I will not give much slack here. There isn't time to wait for folks.
Other
1.) Respect all guidelines and rules found in The Syndicate's announcements section. Above all else, treat your fellow players with respect -- this is just a game.
2.) BTSC (behind the scenes chatter) is only permitted in host-designated locations.
3.) No editing or deleting of posts in the game thread.
4.) Just don't make posts when you're dead unless you have been given express permission by the host.
5.) Non-players may not post in the game thread.
6.) Living players wishing to discuss something off-topic may choose to do so in {Off-Topic} Green. There's an "OT" button for this in the post editor. This is not required.
7.) If you ever have any questions about the rules, roles, or setup, please ask me privately.
Angleshooting, loopholes, and excessive appeal to emotion
Don't.
We all know what the spirit of Mafia is about. So don't. If you ever think something might be cutting it close, just ask me before doing it/saying it. Thanks gang.
Examples of things that suck:
- Referencing out-of-game personal information to progress yourself in the game (regardless of alignment)
- Trying to use specific wording in your role card to glean information in the thread
- Openly calling for or talking about the mafia team conceding
- Discussing anything outside the game thread that should have no bearing on it (e.g., technical quirks you observe on Discord) other than ordinary metagaming
- Referencing emotional concepts that have no bearing on the Mafia game in any way that put others in an unfair position of either judgment or deception
- Plenty of other things; there are too many to list

The theme of this game is obviously "working out". This is intended mostly as a joke, so you don't have to take that too seriously. However, elements of this game will require performing some kinds of exercises. That's the whole point. Obviously I have no way of policing this whatsoever. All I can ask is that you tell me you've done the exercise. I will believe you.
If you lie to my face, I cannot stop you. But you'd be extremely lame. Come on, dude.
If you do not believe you are able to complete the assigned exercise for any reason, please let me know. You don't have to tell me why. Respect your own privacy. But if there's a need I can provide guidance about accomplishing whatever task or find alternative ways for you to meet the exercise requirement. It's not that serious, so please don't endanger or hurt yourselves. Drink water. Play Mafia.

Day 0 is underway and will last just under 24 hours until 6:00 PM PST tomorrow (Thursday). There are no votes nor night actions during Day 0. This is just meant as an introductory period to allow players to become aware of the game.
You may post as many times as you like during Day 0, and the post minimum (5) is not in effect until Day 1. However, for every Day 0 post you make, you must do one push-up. Remember to adopt proper push-up form by positioning your back and legs in a straight line and dropping yourself enough that your arms breach a 90-degree angle (they should be less than 90 degrees when you stop to push back up).

Ok, I just did three pushups, so I'm good for a couple of posts. Do we have to do the pushups before we post, or just check and balance as we go? Sometimes incurring pushup debt that must be paid off by day's end?

Day 0 has ended. Chest Day is underway and will last for 48 hours (until 6:00 PM PST on Saturday). You may begin placing elimination votes (please do so in both the poll and the game thread). You no longer have to do a push-up for every post you make, but I may show up later in the day with some instructions.
I'm unable to set a proper poll deadline right now, so I will use an indefinite poll and screenshot it at the deadline (votes accepted at XX:00 but not at XX:01).
