So my wife makes suggests us do the Murphy challenge every year and it’s the most brutal thing I’ve had to do. If you don’t know it, it requires you to do the following on Memorial Day with a weighted vest:
-Run one mile
-Do 100 pull-ups
-Do 200 push-ups
-Do 300 squats
-Run one mile

I wish I could, like, cure cancer or something with the output I do. Maybe I am curing cancer. Who knows.


Anyway, I’m not sure my vote with stay on you. It’s just the first inclination
