Try to use proper form, but if you absolutely cannot then you may keep your knees on the floor or do them against an elevated surface like a couch or table. Since we've already done push-ups, you may choose to do dips instead (this tends to require specialized equipment/bars or at least a narrow space between two sturdy surfaces. Stick to push-ups if you can't).

Michelle is defending herself but I’m not seeing anything that tips me off (or at least anything that I think would). They’ll be more useful tomorrow maybe but I don’t see much getting done today until everyone does (or lies about doing) their assigned pushups.

Secretly working on his PT certification, he isn’t afraid to call you out on bad form and also has discount codes for a dietary weight loss cocktail he brews in his own bathtub. A gymbro through and through
falcon45ca - works the front desk. Has a witty response to everyone when they scan in. When he works out after his shift, he makes sure to loudly count his reps, and always caps his leg days with a loud and prolonged ‘LET’S GOOO’. A gym mouse in rat clothing
Long Con - the social butterfly. No one’s actually seen him work out, but he swears he does. Genetically gifted. Will often help spot for others while prattling on about his recent forays in the dating scene, unprompted. No one actually knows his name, but he’s always there. Could secretly despise everyone’s workout routines and lack of min/maxing on weight and it wouldn’t surprise me.
Michelle - keeps to herself and does light workouts here and there. Never uses max weight or effort. Sometimes gives other gym rats words of encouragement in passing, but you can tell she doesn’t feel confident in what she’s doing. Feels like she could drop her membership any day now
Princess Abigail - Comes to the gym about twice a week, mostly to use the shower and sauna. When she works out, it’s a 10-minute walk on the treadmill, occasionally talking on her phone. Is generally gregarious, but I’m beginning to wonder if she even has a membership here
Ruri- was getting a sandwich next door to the gym and decided to pop in to get a tour before committing to joining. Was overwhelmed with the joining fee because she went in the middle of the month without a worthwhile promotion, and decided to workout at home instead. Needs to workout more
Sloonei - doesn’t use the machines and almost exclusively uses the squat rack. Every time someone tries to use it when the coast is clear, Sloonei pops in seemingly out of nowhere and loudly announces ‘Hey, I’ve still got 2 sets’. Could be a poser, but probably knows what he’s doing.
sprityo - comes in about once a week, does a couple sets on the leg press machine and sits on his phone for 45 minutes. Needs to come in more.

I apologize for my lack of participation during the latter bit of Chest Day. I wasn't flaking, but was rather nursing a shoulder injury (that I have no earthly idea how I got).
