Also I will say I am in support of having night phases
Can you let us in on your general ideas on who you trust and who you don't?
I'm fairly sure that not talking about who we trust is the basic premise here. I find it kinda disturbing that you seem to want to get people to spill.

It would be great if we could confirm with each other who the king is without helping the assassins.

Evidently, your vote on me shows who you distrust. Unless, you're performing for the assassins?
Yes, I did think it would be great to confirm with each other, otherwise, how will we find the guards before it's too late for town to win?

guys i just realized we've been overlooking the key to the game this whole time
we just have to remember that the pellet with the poison is in the vessel with the pestle, and the chalice from the palace holds the brew that is true
This is a pretty basic way to look at it, and sometimes going back to basics is best. Although sometimes the pellet with the poison's in the flagon with a dragon. It is known.
What makes it worse is if you buy some butter but it’s bitter so you have to make some better better but become bedridden because you’re lactose intolerant

Unfortunate result- Thunal was one person I wouldn't have voted for, especially not Day 1 (as would usually be the case with Thunal in any scenario).
But you’d have voted for the king? Boom gottem
You could be voting for the King (me) right now, but you're still nursing your obvious vanity wagon on nutella!

So, if someone thinks your idea is of sharing info about people we trust is sus (which I do), you're implying that makes them an assassin?
We don't have to find the guards, we have to find the assassins, and kill them without them figuring out who his majesty is.
We have 3 hours (a bit less actually) till end of day. At this time I'm good with my vote. I have to run a few errands but should be back in plenty of time if adjustments have to be made.

There is a chance the end of the day will delay for some time, but the poll is still locking in half an hour, and I'll also lock the thread from my phone so you guys get your break phase.
omg, I am either the worst town ever or we are completely missing the mark. Idk how much this helps but I have 100% rate of hitting scum day2 if anything.
Captain Scotty had never seen a situation like that in his 25 years of experience in the royal guard. He was used to battles, he was used to hunting spies, and to protecting monarchs, but never to participate in a crazy decoy like that. He had to find the assassins while the king himself was among his number, so he had to protect his secret too. It was maddening.
But he was the captain of the Royal Guard, and he was going to fulfill this mission just like all others, even if it cost his life.
Then, it happened. He was walking in a trio, and he knew the king was among them. He had known his royal highness since he was a little child, he could just recognize the way he walked, even with a helmet. But the other person. The person was fishy. Something about them was unnatural.
Then he stopped, and grabbed the person's arm. "Halt". He said.
But the guard then moved really fast, pulling a knife out of somewhere in his body, and moved to strike the king.
But the captain reacted quickly. Scotty ram onto his body, dropping them both on the floor. He then pulled his sword and stabbed the assassin in the neck.
A river of blood covered the floor. Guards started coming to respond to the scene.
The assassin was dead. But then they noticed the knife had hit the captain when he tackled the other guy. He was no longer breathing, either.
The knife flies, and hits its target. Multiple swords clash, all attempting to stop the murder.
Two man lie dead on the floor.
But first, let's return a bit to the past.

X days ago.
The king meets in secret with his wizard. The wizard casts a spell, which confirms there is still murderous intent in the castle. The plan must continue.
