Howdy.

We're gonna have us a Game of Champions. To qualify, you will need to have won any game in the year of our Lord 2024 OR any game in January or February of this year. Executive decisions and what not. If you ain't sure you passed muster, see here or here.

Any number can play (as long as we reach what the fancy folk call a "quorum." If you don't know what that is, look it up on whatever doohickey you're probably a-totin' around).

This here setup will be CLOSED. Days 48 hours / Nights 23 hours (closed thread).

Signups end when February does, so get in while the gettin's good. Meantime, I aim to catch myself a fish.

Update: I did not anticipate my dance card being this full today, and I could use another evening to finalize roles before they go out. To that end, let's start tomorrow.

Update 2 : I'm still hoping to get us going sometime tonight, but Eloh was in a nasty car accident this afternoon. She's banged up but otherwise okay. Car may be fooked- I don't know. I'm just thankful she's home and in good spirits.

Don't want to keep dragging people along, and I may need a distraction from the shitshow that today was (wreck was NOT the only part of that, let me tell you- holy hell), so I'm still looking to get rolling.

If anything runs counter to those plans, I'll voice them here.

The worst intersection in the county happened. You can't see around either side and there's no proper stoplight. People fly by around the bend. You have to ease out to see what's coming.

We went into town to take pictures of our car. How Eloh got out of that with the few injuries she did I cannot tell.

She is banged up, yes, but she's been up and about today. And I am grateful for that.

The car is fucked. But fuck the car. I will miss it, but it's just a thing, and what I care about is still here, breathing, and cracking jokes. That's what I give a damn about.
