I'm frustrated that all I've found that points me at a new suspect is Roxy being hesitant to vote Falcon based on the Falcon wagon being similar to the Wilgy wagon.

That's like a thing wolves love, an understandable but ultimately weaksauce reason to not vote for a partner.

Yesterday, I had Roxy as my top town and strategically would have bet the game on her alignment being town if it was an available alternative to playing the whole game.

Wolf Falcon and wolf LC both voting Mac could look sus because they're pushing the worldview of wolf Mac alone (ish). It also means they can't tie shit up if a townie joins them. It also means they're foregoing tieing things up on MR.

I don't think the VC ends there if there's 1 remaining wolf and its LC.

My accusation goes..

Jack/Falcon killing Porscha n1 does make sense. Jack himself couldn't even find a reasonable explanation for why Porscha died n1 (cuz pointing out he's the only likely killer isn't the smartest thing to do).

But why? Well I had a PoE with Jack in my town and Falcon not in my POE which meant I had a bad solve. Porscha was subtly the most problematic slot for exactly Jack on d1 after I stopped sussing him. Even though I TR TSP something about Jack's push on him made my detatched former self town read him which Porscha rightly criticised and tried to get me to review. This is why she died.

Falcon also opened with an unexplained Jack vote that went nowhere and Jack ignored. Jack's treatment of Falcon throughout the game is an absence of interest in solving him until at the end when he made a decision to just hard distance but even when he did Falcon's demise was hardly a foregone conclusion.

Falcon defended Jack from Pyxxy which triggered a troll response in Jack.

Jack's iso is sort of packed with manipulative stuff particularly around MR/Roxy. You can see how he's subtly fanned the flames of the deterioration of comms between them tbh. Let me demonstrate.

well I think one of us is skill issuing with jack cause I read his ISO and its very clearly town fmpov. I don't understand the associative you're throwing with falcon. yesterday, jack votes falcon, 'not married to it', but never returns to do anything else with that. I think bussing and then doing nothing with it, while *fine*, isn't how scum strategizes more often than not. the vote would come with *reasons* or whatever. the 'not married with it' would come with alternatives. you see what im saying?

Long Con is like ... a boring but objectively impossible to argue with conclusion. For LC to be mafia both mafia decided to try to bumrush me yesterday and ended the day somehow with a pure town coalescing against them which like how good. Not a normal tactical choice for mafia to make but Falcon is not a level 1 thinker. He's a passive wolf but he doesn't play to a predictable playbook. So I can't really object to LC sus. Outside of that LC hasn't been towny in many places either.

I just think the Jack sus feels more ... I dunno ... standard operating procedure final wolf for a mafia game? There's effort to wolfside.. people who've been successfully pocketed. Distancing. It carries traits.

Yeah but imagine a final wolf bussing his partner and then skipping all but the last 2 hours of the next day phase.

I think there are two options today, me or Roxy. If either of you, gims or Radishes, pulled off that last-second swing to eliminate falcon, then that was a crazy move that, as far as I can tell, threw away an instant win in favour of a more savoury "I fooled everyone" win. Either way, the win is/should be yours. I love crazy plays like that, really. I mean, that one's far TOO crazy, but generally awesome.

I killed pyxxy. TSP was right, I am a one-shot vig. I would have used it on Scotty if pyxxy had gone over instead. I don't think that moves the needle at all, but I feel like it's time for full disclosure. I was also "pacified" on Days 3 and 4, so I couldn't Fight or use Day abilities, though I had none to use.

They would have known Jack was voting falcon, and decided to use that to help give him cred as well. Two wolves both on the falcon train can equal a win.
