I think I got an F in the beginning. Maybe I should switch to u and try to spell one of Rox's favorite words

Nice catch, y'all! Currently catching up with the (blessedly) page and a half I missed last night/today. Also it's Meet the Teacher Night so I'm trying to do this surreptitiously while posting grades. Stand by.

Well I think MP is ok. As for my top three suspects its hard to say with people switching. I think I jumped the gun when I voted for you. I think I going to be looking at the people play in the middle. Like people who aren't posting a ton and aren't posting to little.

Based on the outcome of the last lunch, maybe the content of others' posts (about a particular player) are the most important. Number of posts? I don't lknow. Epi posted a ton (was bad), Llama did a lot of posts (was good), Trice barely did anything (was bad). It's hard to say. There is a lot of guessing in this game...at least initially.S~V~S wrote:Does the content of the posts concern you, or just the middling number of them?

I think as far as post counts go, the rotation makes that an iffy thing to look at solely, but maybe if the post number goes up or down at this point from where it was in the beginning? I do agree with Zomba that content will be more telling in conjunction with count.
Can you tell it's a hoppin' Meet the Teacher Night? Three so far
Correction: Six now. Six out of 70. I should probably get back to finishing grades.

Fate and Destiny

Ricochet was hungry!
He was outside where he had buried his human meat allotment. He had eaten the liver and now he would cook the kidneys down for a sort of stew. It had stopped snowing when he reached the snowbank where he had buried his "meat". He started digging and digging. He soon grew frantic. He could not find the meat he had buried. He kept digging , all over the area but it seemed to avail. In the shadow of the Wasatch Mountains he died from the elements. From his constant struggle to feed himself and to just live. He was not smiling when they stumbled upon his corpse the next morning looking for wood he was still holding a handful of snow. They would not be hungry tonight.
Jacob llamaDonner had been trying to find his way back to his camp by the lake. He had gotten lost for a few days he was just about to give into his thirst and hunger when he seen a flickering light. Finally he had found something.....someone had to be keeping that fire burning he thought to himself.
Antonio greeted him warmly before he could even get his pack off. Both men continued on to the encampment. Laughing and smiling.
James Reed was disappointed for some reason and Hunger looked on in sadness at their sheer dumb luck.
A storm is gathering strength on the horizon signaling danger - no one seemed to notice.
Ricochet has been killed by Wasatch Mountains.
thellama73 was found and saved by Antonio.
It is now Day 3. You have 48 hours to find and eat Lunch, btw thellama73 is NOT on the menu.

Re: The Donner Party - Day 3
I'm looking at fingersplints today. I think she is Epi's teammate.
Consider the following (in chronological order):
1) Dom's interactions with Epi
2) splints asks if we can talk about past roles
3) splints suggests that maybe Epi knew he would not be lynched
4) splints agrees that Rico/Epi connection is "very interesting" and she could "totally see Epi doing that"
5) splints says Rico is "bothering" her still, pursues him more aggressively after others have started doing so
6) splints starts backing off of Rico before the Levinah kill occurs
7) after the kill, splints says she is OK with voting Bass or Ty "based on low posting reasons"
8) voted Ty, said she could always move her vote if there was a more convincing case, yet she didn't do so
In addition, she has struck me as not genuine in many of her posts.
I was waiting to see what would happen, however, since we had a role/ability rotation.
BUT since she freely admitted her role has not changed, I think she should definitely be considered today.
It won't take long at all to skim through Dom's and splints's posts. I'm curious if others see what I am seeing.

I freely admitted my role did not change because I asked Rox if I could.
I backed off Rico when he made his role obvious. I'm not the Hunger, but I find it interesting you are so gung ho to go after the LMS rather then the mafia team that just killed
Consider voting me all I want. I am doing the same for you.

Also, tbh it makes the LEAST sense that I am Epi's partner because I freely admitted my role didn't change. That is the likely the only player alive who does not have btsc therefore wouldn't have known if anyone else's roles changed.

You find it interesting? What does that mean? You suspect me for it?
I have absolutely no leads on the mafia team because roles have rotated and we just found out Trice was one of them. I haven't thought of any connections just yet. I'm more than willing to discuss all kinds of players today other than you; where did I express that I WASN'T?

I'm not quite sure roles have changed, but abilities. How does that effect your ability to find mafia members exactly?

The second sentence argues my point because everyone else except the hunger has btsc. Therefore I think whoever is the hunger would be the least likely to be the first to admit something like "hey my role didn't change" in the thread when they don't have someone to confer with. Everyone else in the game would have known at least one other persons role didn't change.
Unless other people's roles changed. then idk

I can't defend with Dom's actions. Or me posting that Epi didn't seem like he was getting lynched. He was acting all cocky. I didn't really think anyone was that surprised.

I really like where you're going with this.MovingPictures07 wrote:I'm looking at fingersplints today.
