Like, your POE is just the two least active alive players. Do you generally find Wilgy's activity to AI? Do you think all of the wolves are just rolling over and playing possum and hoping the town eats itself alive?
And you’re making it sound like I’m going for these two players because they’re the least active. Not so- I’m finding them wolfy because their pushes are lackluster on the confirmed wolves. They just also happen to be the lowest posters

Re: WORLD TOUR MAFIA II: JAPAN [NIGHT FOUR]
You and @gims are both missing the context that the last couple hours of the day where the nicole wagon built up and nicole's interactions are the one part of this game that I have had time to look at in depth. And it wasn't like the argument was that nutella acted weird about other flipped wolves since then or anything, the arguments being made were discrediting her position on nicole specifically.jess wrote: ↑Mon Oct 05, 2026 4:36 pmyea i also was lightly pinged by this post at the time:gims wrote: ↑Mon Oct 05, 2026 12:48 pm I thought dubz' defense on nutella last gameday, against DM, was pretty scummy
not that it was incorrect. its probably correct. but it felt like TMI. it felt like dubz has town!nutella as a given. only townies would get paranoid about her/poking her at that stage in the game. for wolves, its easy to just shrug that slot as town and focus on whatever is incorrect in POE.
because i agree that nutella is proly town but the language was decisive in a way that maybe clashes awkwardly relative to dubz lack of engagement, like a read that can stem from a position of TMIDubz wrote: ↑Sun Oct 04, 2026 10:51 pm Why, as I'm reading backwards, are DM and gims acting like nutella isn't one of the clearest people here lmao
As far as I can tell the game is not off the rails enough for us to be poking at people who should be in the towncore, unless I missed something major
SKREEEE— ahem. Legally distinct rawr.

I don't find you saying that Wilgy's push on the confirmed wolves to be consistent with what you said about their votes on Nicole and Trek in the post I originally quoted. Can you clarify what made those votes lackluster?

Also kind of silly to say that that a wolf in my position could just sit back and enjoy the status quo in a game where they've only gotten one misyeet. Shrugging off paranoia is not the vibe in that scenario unless you're a top town read, which I am not. Especially if you think my partner was on the board!

You're going to get yeeted tomorrow, probably, if you can't case yourself convincingly as town. Like, if you're scum you have successfully pocketed me so well done, but you're going to need to convince a fair number of other players that you're not just checked out scum, unless you're just cool with being a misyeet.

I am aware of my position. I simply don't have the time or energy to do much about it, and in this game state if people need to go through me to get to the last two wolves, I am not sure it's worth the effort to try to convince them otherwise. C'est la vie.GoSpursGo wrote: ↑Mon Oct 05, 2026 9:18 pmI didn't mean on Rondo specifically.Dubz wrote: ↑Mon Oct 05, 2026 9:14 pmNot really, I am not putting mental effort into sorting a slot that is difficult to sort at baseline. Anyway, I'm not 100% certain it was pyxxy that pulled the trigger but I'll leave 'em alone for now I guess. Still, if pyxxy is town that means the wagons yesterday were t/t/t with no real attempts at other wagons (as far as I can tell). We probably are dealing with wolves who aren't obvious

Re: WORLD TOUR MAFIA II: JAPAN [NIGHT FOUR]
Voting LC over pyxxy is likely a towntell, even in w!pyxxy worlds LC's role gives them increased survivability. Looking at the above, a bus on Trekkie might be likely given how you have players like jess and Porscha whose voting records don't look great outside of D2 (although I recognize I fall in this boat as well). As for the D1 CW, two players on it flipped town, one flipped wolf and the other is me, I don't think three of the voters on the wagon being town really moves the needle for my read on Duelist; while LC was on the wagon I still feel like wolves could've done more to push that wagon (or another one) over Nicole but given that all three flipped wolves were rather passive players they might not have felt capable of accomplishing a major shift. That, or they wanted to put all their eggs in the two remaining players

Re: WORLD TOUR MAFIA II: JAPAN [NIGHT FOUR]
D1 was probably a good time to bus as there was no other wagon that was going to realistically going to overtake Nicole (though there are some wolves who are more reluctant to bus in such a scenario, feeling that the later joiners on such a wagon will be under higher scrutiny for bussing. D2 wolves had other options like me and (if he's town) MacDougall, though LC's absence may have limited their ability to stack one of those wagons and put it over the top. As for D3, if LC's not going to show up again he isn't realistically a huge loss, though we can only speculate as to whether he'd have been more active D4 (his partners likely had a better idea). As far as I can tell, wolves don't have a role cop here so I don't believe the wolves thinking pyxxy was president was a factor (though them knowing one was in the setup, and potentially trying to PR hunt for it, may have influenced their decisions). We know that some bussing did occur, RDB is the only living player who didn't vote a flipped wolf (and keep in mind Epi didn't either but flipped town) but the question is who

I saw that Vivax was asking for a vote from me specifically. Not sure why, I don't think he's ever come by the lab, or exchanged ideas with me and my team. Apologies again for the late response, but the NAI of course takes precedence! Let's ehhhhh power up the device and see what it -- oh! I didn't expect sparks. Must increase the bandwitch capacitor perhaps.
There was a brief readout though, I hope it wasn't proximity interference, so I will [VOTE: vivax] aubergine at this time!
Looked at LC's Duelist vote (as well as his other vote, on a flipped town which I believe overlapped with Nicole's vote on the slot (but I am not 100% sure as TS does not keep 100% accurate vote histories like MU does and Nicole either didn't vote me when she said she did or switched back to Vivax after voting me but never posted that vote in the thread) so it does seem like this wolf team is willing to stack their votes). This does feel like an easy excuse to jump on the wagon, plus it's falling back on my reasoning rather than LC trying to take full credit for it on his own, so it does look more like a scummy vote than a bus vote to meLong Con wrote: ↑Fri Sep 25, 2026 10:12 pmBEEP. Interesting choice of words, Duelist. Unknown to whom, exactly? From a Town perspective, everyone's alignment is unknown. But you seem to be separating Epi into a particular category of player whose alignment you don't know.

Re: WORLD TOUR MAFIA II: JAPAN [NIGHT FOUR]
Still, we know that Nicole didn't bus, LC probably didn't bus, and Trekkie maybe didn't bus (I'm not confident on the Dubz slot). You'd think there'd be more tension in deepwolf worlds, but maybe they got dealt a rough hand (especially with LC's inactivity limiting what wolves could gain out of their death).

Re: WORLD TOUR MAFIA II: JAPAN [DAY TWO]
Looking at the Dubz vote it's really shallow and seems to have been a vanity wagon park in the middle of D1. Though they also needed to be pushed to explain their vote on me. Hard to really say much one way or the other here.

For the sake of completeness here's all of Nicole's votes, though as I said before Nicole would have had to have moved back to Vivax at some point according to the EoD count Golden posted (assuming the vote even went through, but according to Scotty's #875 it did). The Vivax vote was a sheep of Spurs per #223 though I have no idea why she went back considering she was pushing me a bit harder and Dubz was still voting me making it not a vanity. Still, Nicole could've gone for a bus here but didn't and the fact that the wolves killed Vivax quickly suggests that they didn't even want to push that angle. As for the Tranq vote, it's a meaningless early day interaction, Nicole did defend Tranq a bit later for what it's worth. Tranq is the only person who was three for three on flipped wolves so eh.NicoleAndDime wrote: ↑Fri Sep 25, 2026 11:01 pm Yeah leetic is feeling survivalistic here and I don't really like them just bemoaning the wagon on them. Not sure we’re talking in the same frequency here; and that’s ok. Voting Michelle = / = how Wilgy approached Epi.GoSpursGo wrote: ↑Mon Oct 05, 2026 8:42 pmI mean a bunch of players pushed Michelle on day 1. Was that scummy behavior as well?Scotty wrote: ↑Mon Oct 05, 2026 8:29 pm….because doing so to someone that is now confirmed town is scummy behavior.GoSpursGo wrote: ↑Mon Oct 05, 2026 3:31 pmOK, but why is voting and dipping inherently scummy in your eyes from Wilgy?
Like, your POE is just the two least active alive players. Do you generally find Wilgy's activity to AI? Do you think all of the wolves are just rolling over and playing possum and hoping the town eats itself alive?
And you’re making it sound like I’m going for these two players because they’re the least active. Not so- I’m finding them wolfy because their pushes are lackluster on the confirmed wolves. They just also happen to be the lowest posters![]()
I don't find you saying that Wilgy's push on the confirmed wolves to be consistent with what you said about their votes on Nicole and Trek in the post I originally quoted. Can you clarify what made those votes lackluster?
And I think I already clarified what I found fishy about both of their votes surrounding Nicole/Trekkie/LC.
Wilgy’s looks best on the surface for how nonchalant and pointed he was regarding trekkie in particular. I am running with the idea that Trekkie would be the most likely candidate for bussing
I could be very wrong about Wilgy. I can just as easily see him as a town with limited time.

Re: WORLD TOUR MAFIA II: JAPAN [NIGHT FOUR]
FAQ - I can see that the exact nature of rules around role-claiming are once again unclear and that it is causing some frustration in the thread about what is or is not in bounds, so this post is intended to create additional clarity.
It is OK to speculate that other people are a roles based on public information (but not information you have gathered with your role power). This is not the same thing as claiming you are not that role, because a person who is the role is also entitled to speculate that other people are that role (ie lie) or claim outright not to be that role.
Let me give you an example. The role of LAWYER on the matrix can remove people from the poll the next day, but cannot target themselves. If I am not on the poll and you believe the game has a lawyer in it, you can speculate that I am not the lawyer, and as the field narrows down, you can speculate as to who IS the lawyer. This is an intended part of the balance of the matrix, that the town can gain in some instances gain some information through public means and therefore talk about the meaning of that information.
However, a warning on seppuku. The rule states that "Seppuku cannot be induced... by others correctly identifying their role rather than the player's own thread content." I can see now that this might be misleading and I want to make sure that you all have clarity on one point. If you identify someone's role based on their thread content and then you post about that in the thread, posts you make about that might well be used as part of a case for seppuku, as evidence that the role was effectively implied in thread. Indeed, if anyone hints well enough that it is clear to me that they have successfully revealed themselves to even one player in thread, and the mafia see the same thing and correctly identify the person's role as a result, it is very likely that the seppuku attempt will be successful. This specific rule was intended to avoid a situation where someone receives seppuku solely based on the speculation of another and not their own thread content.
Finally, I have had players ask me if certain things are in bounds in this game. I always encourage this. However, if I say something is in bounds, that means it is not infodumping/role claiming. It does not mean that it could not lead to successful seppuku. You should always handle your information with care.
The golden rule remains - talk to me first if you're unsure. I will be open and honest about both what you can and can't post and what I see as being something that could get you in trouble with seppuku. I do not want anyone to be blindsided by suddenly being surprisingly dead.

"Ah, thank you all for your tribute" the elderly man says. "We have now reached the most sacred sight in all of Japan. It is the peak of Mount Fuji, the most symmetrical mountain in the world. It might be here that you make your last stand. Or perhaps we will move on. We shall see..."
