Yes - I'm nervous. Skerred. I'm unsure where to vote. I read these cases and they make sense then the person the case is being made responds and it feels reasonable too. I have lots of doubt.

Hey! Only five people have voted. My my. This lynch might turn out even weirder than the last two.

Don't spread votes, but don't bandwagon or you're found suspicious for not having your own thoughts. Which is better?

Hey hey, don't put that on me. Those are not my thoughts. I think Rabbit has built his case on LC regarding those thoughts.
Forgive me, I wasn't trying to put those thoughts on you specifically. It was just your post that reminded me that very often in mafia there are lose lose situations.

Ok, that's fair. I just don't remember having ever been like that. Sometimes it's hard to have an original idea when everyone is on here way more than I am so I don't give people shit for it.

BR, what was it about Canuck's post that made you feel better? I'm confused.

Likewise man, I'm so glad to have you back. But I don't understand why you're being so closed-minded about me. It appears you still think I'm bad and I can understand why, but you even admit we have opposite reads of everyone, so perhaps we are on completely different pages. You are being paranoid of me unnecessarily. I still think you're suspish but I won't be voting for you.

juliets, are you considering voting rabbit even though he's cursed? That surprises me a bit.

I still think Canuck's behavior is most worthy of a vote. I'm trying to be objective about the events that have occurred and there's no changing the fact that she opportunistically voted for me yesterday and still has contributed little. Her attempts to contribute today didn't strike me as particularly genuine.

I'm not convinced, but that's what I got. I don't see any more compelling reason to vote elsewhere. But I don't want to spread the vote further, especially since I have a vote.

MP, you're absolutely right. I need to quit changing my mind just because someone responds to my suspicion and gives me a little doubt. If someone else is going to vote canuck then its not stretching the vote without reason. Ignore my statement that I will vote for rabbit, I will vote Canuck.

She admitted that she represented me wrong. She didn't have to. She could have let that one slide and others could have followed it believing that's what BR did. She is certainly not off my suspect list but I now (for the first time) have a little doubt in my convictions. The problem is I have been certain of her for the past couple of days I have not focused on anyone else so if I don't vote for Canuck I have no idea who else I would suspect at this point. I have less than 15 minutes and I have to let LC vote and post. :faint:

Gah, I'm not crazy right? Canuck is usually much more focused and opinionated than she has been this game. I do not see her civ game here at all. If I were to compare this game to Film directors then this is not showing the same style at all.

I'm waiting for BR to elaborate on why she changed her mind first, but otherwise as long as I'm not the only one to vote Canuck, I will do so. Considering Sophie is off the poll and BF has no votes, I don't want to vote for anyone other than my 3 main suspects right now just because the vote is spread. But I don't want to unnecessarily spread the vote either. Ugh.

I promise you, they're bot. All they amount to is (and this is MP's case, too) that I haven't contributed much and haven't been thinking deeply about the game and haven't made smart (or rather blendy) votes. That's lazy Canuck. That's typical Canuck when she isn't involved in discussion.
But That's not baddie Canuck, Bea, and you know it. So does BR :nicenod:

I don't feel super confident that any of the people with votes are bad. I don't feel super confident that Canuck is bad - but I'm seeing different people suspect her for diferent reasons. So .....yea. I'm voting there today.

linkie - I know br - she didnt have to own up to that. It gives me pause as well - but the others with votes are even more in unsure about area for me.

Okay. So I've been reading and re-reading for the past hour or so, trying to decide on my vote, and now it's all spread out. Like what most others are saying, the people with votes are not particularly suspicious. So, I've gone back a bit and looked at the current vote-getters (it's funny - in real life, I make tons of short lists, but I don't usually in mafia. But here we go):

Splints - Seems like Bass's suspicion was based on changing her mind in-thread? Not big enough for a vote.
LC - I stated my lack of suspicion before, but also my wariness for having said lack. I fell for his baddie game briefly in Monty Python, but by the time I saw my mistake, I was NK'ed real quick. Also, just for simplicity's sake and possibly for logic, he and rabbit were at it, and now rabbit's cursed and a helluva lot less talkative because of that (and apparently being in China). It could be that LC wanted him to be more quiet so rabbit couldn't keep going against him?
MP - Also tricky like LC, but I'm truly a sucker for emotional appeals. I didn't really understand the votes for him yesterday, either.
rabbit - So aggressive that I think he's Civ (I mentioned this before). Also, see above.
llama - Quiet for the weekend, but for a valid reason. Not voting llama today.

Linki - I see suspicion/votes for Canuck but...Canuck's being what I've known her to be, good or bad (I think I've played with her more as good? I dunno). I don't see enough out of the ordinary...Oh god running out of time. Out of the players getting votes, LC is barely, BARELY the one above the rest, so I'll go there.

Linki linki - Holy shit

I voted BR, for a moral victory :noble:

I think she's a bad baddie, and I hope civs will avenge me by seeking out her baddie buddies. I don't think they're hiding very deeply.

I can't believe MP is still trying to push suspicion my way, it's actually insulting how laughable this is. My vote is for him. And I honestly can't foresee voting anyone else until he's keeled over this game. I have the complete opposite opinions on literally just about everyone. :suspish:

This one's for my fallen friend Golden! Votes mp

You didn't find his upset to be genuine?
I'm actually still a little torn on this too. I believe he was genuinely upset. But I am not sure that that necesarily means he was genuinely upset because he was wrongfully lynched and not upset that he was lynched for what he thinks is bad reasoning. Why switched it to Golden specifically? Yes, he got Aces, but would they really just go for revenge. No. He had to have been on to someone. And I'm still not 100% sold the baddies would use a lynch switch on not one of there own AFTER already losing one this early in the game.
What was there for me to address? Just looks like you're talking out your train of thought. Did you want me to address something?

linki MP that is not the first time I had mentioned you though. I don't understand why you are acting like a vote for you is out of nowhere. I'm honestly surprised more people don't see you as suspcious still.

Plus MP who would you have rather me voted for? I don't want to spread the votes anymore. I don't like the canuck bandwagon. I don't see LC or llama as suspicious. I know I am a civvie. And rabbit is cursed.

I get the canuck suspicion, but I'm not really liking this last minute bandwagon of her.
I don't understand this.

My suspicion of Canuck has been stated for most of the game now. Why would I be most worthy of a vote, if you're not liking a last minute "bandwagon"?

I agree 100%.
Does this mean you think BR is bad, or what?
No, I meant that the lynches in this game are pure Shenanigans by their very nature. :srsnod:
I'm really starting to think splints is bad myself. She did state she could see herself voting for MM and then voted Zomba. Today she never said she found me most suspicious until this most recent post of hers. She's been very non-transparent with her "most suspicious" suspects.

And re: lynches, oh, okay. I'm not sure I agree with your theory just yet. I am tempted to believe these first two lynches could have been due to actual vote manipulation and lynch switches before I would believe they were due to some manipulation mechanic that's unconventional. Now if this or any future lynch ends up weird like the last two, then I'll start considering otherwise.

I'd just like to point out that all four votes for Canuck were all in a row between 10:23 and 10:27 when fs voted for mp. That's four in a row within four minutes, for someone who previously had little to no discussion and no votes even though bea expressed concern with the vote and br made a comment about not spreading the vote.

Splints, fair enough, your most recent post demonstrates your train of thought regarding who currently had votes better. But I didn't know that's what you were thinking at the time you cast your vote.

It is possible I missed your post where you said you suspect me. Can you link me to it? The only one I remember seeing from you today is the one you just mentioned that I quoted -- the one where you were talking out a train of thought. If I overlooked it, I'm sorry.

What thread are you reading?

I've been discussing Canuck for EONS and trying to get people to vote for her.

It's not my fault that people decided to latch votes onto her at the last minute without discussing her all day.

I suppose that means that I'm bad then, for making the comment?

Linki fingersplints: Oh, you said you don't see me as suspicious. Why would my comment make Canuck be good in your eyes then?

Linki MP: We'll see within minutes. While interesting, I guess I hope my theory is wrong. It just would be kind of fun to crack the pattern and start voting for people not because we want to lynch them, but because it will cause the real target to get lynched. Hilarity! :haha:

That said, BF, I'm not averse to considering the other Canuck voters as bad. It depends on how Canuck flips, inevitably. I will admit I'm shocked that I questioned BR on why she found Canuck genuine and yet she then changed her mind again. That was most odd to me.

Linki w/ BF: Whatever. You owe me an apology at endgame. :(
