I've got to say I'm disappointed in Bass for not getting himself in here and playing the game with us. Lots of people gave him the botd regarding his lack of engagement in the game. I agnonized over voting for him and now here we are and haven't heard a thing from him. I also have a slight twinge about him not acknowledging my telling him I hope he's not using rl as a way for a baddie to get away and I would think less of him and he gave no response like I would think he would give to "not worry, I'm not bad, I won't disappoint. Small thing I know but it's only been a day and I have the heebie jeebies about him again.

spacedaisy, I've taken a look at some things this morning about what you said and for one, looking over my posts I don't think I'm blendy overall. I've been asking questions, I've been letting the thread know what I think, the one thing I haven't been doing is building cases but that doesn't make me blendy or maybe since the context is all these people who build cases every day or every other day that might make me seem blendy. I'm not a case builder I'm a thinker as TH showed earlier in his division of people. But if you compare my game in GOC where I was a civ you'll find it remarkably similar. I'm not saying I havent been blendy at any point in the game but I don't think I've been blendy overall.

Also, I have been contributing at my normal rate, actually somewhat above my normal rate. I brought up earlier that in GOC I posted 161 posts by day 13 and here I am at 208 posts on Day 10. I don't waste posts either just to build my post count. So I am even more involved in this game than that one. I'm not sure how you can say I'm on the fringes when you've got 56 posts compared to my 208.

I still will more likely be more involved because I'm not seeing those gigantic posts anymore which confused me more than anything else (no offense to anyone who writes a lot). I still take your feedback to heart I just don't think it's extreme enough to say my participation is low and blendy.

It was a joke, indeed, based on the fact that, except if you're Ryuk or have already used your secret vote, you should normally have received an extra secret vote.
