Backpedaled on what?, Vomps or Zomba?,I did not backpedal on Vomps for sure. If you mean Zomba, after listening to her rant about how awful I was I decided I did not think she had BTS. Sorry if you think changing ones mind is bad, but I am not bad so

Wow that is quite the misinterpretation of what I said. What I said was that just because Zomba was bad does not make Vomps good. You and Dom are taking a simple remark and twisting it into something it is not.

And Rabbit, I am not bad, and furthermore, I think you know it.

I'm glad I said I couldn't clear you last night because I'm wondering if you and she weren't thinking you could try and get me on board for pushing the lynch in a new direction. Seems odd you didn't catch that bit in the night post about Michigan Ave. as you seem so astute.
You are throwing shade on me in this post, and you are doing it on the basis that I seem astute...
Golden wrote:LizKeen - thats the second time you've given some derivation of me being astute...

We have never played each other before. I'll I've done in this game is lynched civs, and nearly saved baddies, and clearly, as you say, missed things like Michigan Street in posts.

So where have you gotten the idea from, so early in our collective mafia dealings, that I'm astute?
LizKeen wrote:And I said "seem" astute, not OMG you're so brilliant! And you say maybe we should go ahead and lynch you because it might give us info? Civvie comment? Not much. Even if you are going on vacation that's not helpful. You 're really trying to twist my words or words said about me.

OK, but here is the thing, right? You say I seem astute. But you are calling me out on things that don't seem astute. And you've never played with me before. You are suggesting I'm bad because I'm not being astute.

So, if I'm not being astute, how do you get the impression that I seem astute? Don't skip the question... "And I said "seem" astute, not OMG you're so brilliant!" - thats not an answer. What have I done that seemed astute to you? I don't think I've done anything in this game which should give you the impression I'm so detail focussed.

There is lots that is quite odd about your game, LK...

Like, for instance, the fact that you, yourself, kept saying you were suspicious of Vomps, yet you are now quick to jump on someone who actually went after him.

I was bothered by your zomb vote on day 1 after you spent the whole day saying you were looking at three other people (low posters), followed by another early zomb vote last night. Last nights one made the least sense of all... with virtually no-one voted yet, you decide to do this:
LizKeen wrote:I'm in a royal quandary as to what to do because I know there's very few people who are going to get votes and I feel like it's going to be me or you Zomb, but I don't feel good enough to put a vote on you either. And I'm most definitely not self-voting. I have no problem going after a low poster but I don't think that's going to get any traction today either.

Golden wrote:@LK - I think we can get traction for someone other than you or zombs. I think it can be done.
LizKeen wrote:I do have to attempt to get some sleep though and I'm going to have to vote now or miss the vote again. I wish I could feel confident I'm not going to get lynched but I just don't and I won't be here before the vote to defend myself anymore. So I feel I don't have much choice but to vote Zomberella. If you're civvie I hope you understand, but I hope you're not so this isn't a total mistake.
I found this whole thing last night pretty odd. It nearly turned me back to thinking zombs was the millionaire, actually, and you thought you could get a sneaky vote in while I led the lynch in another direction. Obviously zombs wasn't the millionaire, but it's a great strategy eh?

It would definitely benefit you to do so.

Attacking me when I can't use vowels? Check.
Attacking me on points I can't defend against? Check.
Turning a jovial observation I made into proof that I set up MM? Check.

Saying this?
Long Con wrote:
rabbit8 wrote:So we are actually going to wait for the info dump now? :haha:
We don't have to. We could just start voting Epignosis.
That says, "I have info." No two ways about it.

I already know three ways info in this game can be wrong (I helped lynch one of them Day 1). It is my perspective that Long Con's "info" is incorrect. If you have been a full participant in every sense in this game, you'll understand my meaning. Given that I won something for a sorry, half-assed attempt I made at the last minute, I suspect most of you have not been full participants. ;)
I'm not concerned about having wrong info, because I'm not accusing you on info, I'm accusing you of something that you haven't even been willing to acknowledge. Guess what - that's a tell. And I've been accusing you of it since before you were supposedly cursed.

And I say "supposedly" because that curse gave Golden one vote for every vowel he used. You used AT LEAST 5 vowels that I was aware of, and I didn't even have to look that hard. 5 would have tied you up with Vomps and Zombs, and one more would have put you over the edge. And yet you didn't get lynched. Interesting. Why did you fake being cursed?

And look at you, trying to beg sympathy from everyone because you "haven't been able to speak normally since Day 1". So you couldn't manage to express anything you needed to express during Day Two, when it was known to everyone that you had the jokey influence of having to answer questions with a "yes"? Are you joking? Why do you NEED to make plays like this, it's just not honest. You supposedly couldn't post vowels between Night 2 and Night 3. Has there been ANY other curses this game? Are we going to see more like that? I'll be very interested to see.

"Pressuring others to talk about me"?? Do I even have to address that? Sorry, I'll just keep all my thoughts to myself from now on, I wouldn't want to pressure anyone.

I don't know what this "full participant" talk is, so if anyone beside Epig wants to fill me in on what he means, I'm all ears.

It's a long bow to draw to suggest that because the curse gave someone a vote per vowel in RR, it did the same here.

But I didn't know what epi meant by the 'full participant' thing either. The only things I can think of are: 1) picking items, 2) sending in a picture, 3) voting for streets - I've done all of those things. What other participation is there? Unless he is talking about participating in something that you get selected for eg being enthralled.

It is interesting that it wasn't a curse that prevented him from sharing his thoughts, like most curses do, but in the end what it really did was make it more difficult for others to talk to Epi/ about him... but of all the curses a player could fake, the "no vowels" one might be the most obnoxious fake curse you could come up with for yourself. It must be a bitch to type like that for 48 hours. Especially if you play mafia from a phone that has autocorrect, I mean holy shit are you kidding... I don't know why anyone would ever willingly undertake such a curse. I hope that never should such a curse ever befall me. I'd rather be silenced again tbh.

Is that how Epig posts? From his phone? Ever?

Also, I consider the Celestials to be the greatest asset the Civs have right now. I'd like to seriously encourage them to steal from me tonight. Ichabod, I'm wide open. Send in your PM to steal from me.

I don't know, but I know I post from my iPhone like at least 50% of the time I'm playing mafia, so... please baddies, don't make me do it.

And LC, I thought you said someone already stole your item?

What is this if not a theory? And, why is it bad for you to have theories, anyway? Why would I need to twist your words?

I said it was a possibility, not "Oh, I bet Player 1 gave Player 2 an item to put in the safe"

They stole my crappy Ivory Arrow. I would transfer them this item if I could, but it's not possible and I can't be 100% sure who the Celestials are.

Well, if your possibility is correct, maybe Dom didn't get a stock certificate, right? Maybe he got nothing. Because, maybe the baddies knew zombs would be lynched and transferred everything away from her so she wouldn't have anything on her.

I don't know why you are so defensive about this? And, I don't know the difference you see between a possiblity and a theory. To me they are the same.

LizKeen wrote:I was not enthralled, I've stated already I simply missed the vote because I was out with my kids and didn't have my phone. And I don't know why you put it that Zomb was explaining both our non votes for that. She said she was arrested. And she had no way of explaining my missed vote for me.

I thought you had a lot of good posts before you were silenced. Or at least you seemed you were trying. Would it be better if I had said you're a dumb***? I wouldn't do that anyway because I don't think you are.
Golden wrote:There is lots that is quite odd about your game, LK...

The more days that go by the more info we have and my opinion's can possibly change. I only had my phone until a little while ago so I will be making a post about my feelings about what went on after I voted. That wasn't a sneaky vote. I thought about that vote for a long while. I could have been lynched today based on what had been said before that, and I was possibly damned if I do damned if I don't. If I hadn't voted Zombie then it would have been easy to say today , oh she was trying to save her teammate. I said exactly why I placed that vote when and why I did.

Given SVS appears not to have gotten zombs items, did you get one given you voted for her first eg her stock certificate?
I totally missed this, and I doubly apologize given the hard time I gave you earlier! I am not aware of any gained items.

I believe Zomba said she burned her Stock Certificate when I suggested it. As a baddie, she could be lying about it, but if she had nothing, then it could have actually happened.

That'll be useful if one of us is dead. What is this, are you TRYING to get nightkilled?

If you make your case now, then even if you die, your helpful thoughts will remain. If you don't, then you could die without ever saying whatever you think will contribute to a Civ win.

Explain your silence, I don't get it.

Who said I'm so focused on you? I guess my vote does make it look that way... I just said we will have words. You're right that I'm trying to reevaluate everything. I've got plenty of things I'd like to discuss.

LOL ok, you're a complicated guy. Talk to you tomorrow as long as this conversation doesn't make the baddies so hungry to kill us that they actually convince the host to give them two kills tonight.

You used AT LEAST 5 vowels that I was aware of, and I didn't even have to look that hard. 5 would have tied you up with Vomps and Zombs, and one more would have put you over the edge. And yet you didn't get lynched. Interesting. Why did you fake being cursed?
