Well it's clear this vote isn't going any other way. I tried. On the plus side for the civvies I'm probably one of the better roles to lose as I have nothing to offer. No one will be receiving any items because I don't have any. I'm not the millionaire, I don't even know why Canuck thinks that.

Well I finally got what SVS was saying, I don't know what to make of Vompatti at this point and after reading him the last 24 or so hours I don't trust Bullzeye.

Why? I posted before I went out that I would be out. I was at my parents, with a house full of Catholic relatives on Easter Sunday. Egg activities, babies to hold, wine to drink, antipasta to eat, etc. They would have been annoyed had I written out a big long post on phone, and I think I have annoyed enough people todayMetalmarsh89 wrote:In fact, if I were hosting a seminar on what not to do in a mafia game, this would be at the top of my list.Metalmarsh89 wrote:You weren't kidding when you said you'd come in here and post the minimum.S~V~S wrote:Sorry Liz.

I knew there was a chance I'd miss the vote if I didn't vote yesterday. *sigh* Sorry, I just didn't get a chance. It looks like LC at least made it in to vote but he doesn't have to make nice with the girls. I would have likely voted for Liz as I didn't have a chance to look at any other suspects.

On the plus side, I feel better about SVS possibly being bad. But I really need to start looking elsewhere too. Because I feel like I'm starting to become narrow-minded.

It would explain why there seemed to be one too many steals on night 1... smart move too, because the baddies would probably want to get the Ear Tubes after she told us how she could listen in on the baddies.Turnip Head wrote:She could have been lying about it getting stolen

Re: Harry Stephen Keeler [NIGHT 6]
Not the safe itself LC but the promise not to kill any celestials for the rest of the game in return for the celestials giving up the safe with the item in it. Not that they would know that anyway (the baddies) because they have no way to tell the celestials from the civs. But beyond all of that Dom is probably right in that the baddies put that item out there instead of the celestials so the whole thing is a moot point. If I sound irritated it's because I should have seen through that sooner than I did.

BR, it doesn't say Celestials put the safe up - it doesn't say who put it up - but it reads like the celestials put it up. Dom's thought is really the baddies put it up, making it look like the celestials put it up. Go back and take a look.

Sometimes it will naturally come out, but it can be contained if we just remember that this is a game on a message board forum that 99.99% of the population of the Earth has never heard of before. No matter how successful anyone is, it means just about nothing.

LOL I read it as a desperate attempt for the Celestials to stop the baddies from slaughtering them in numerical order.

So that no one would try to steal the ear tubes from her or kill her to obtain them. Civvies lie too.Black Rock wrote:Why would she lie about that?Turnip Head wrote:She could have been lying about it getting stolen
I thought the Celestials put the safe up.
And I don't think the Celestials even have the safe... splintsy had it briefly, but she was killed.

On the plus side for the civvies I'm probably one of the better roles to lose as I have nothing to offer. No one will be receiving any items because I don't have any. I'm not the millionaire, I don't even know why Canuck thinks that.
Save me a seat at the bar Golden, Sophie and FS.

That's fine. I was just teasing you, and felt like posting a lot during the day phase.S~V~S wrote:Why? I posted before I went out that I would be out. I just finished a (very long and tedious) reread of Golden. Now I'll sleep on it.
