@long con, could you expand on your bf vote? Rabbit feels a bit like he is being forced and also is calling you out. And you vote along with him. Can you expand on your thoughts regarding that?

I'm going to go with Bass. All said and done, I still can't bring myself to vote Bullz.
SVS, I've wondered about TH, but I think he'd try to build a better case if he were bad. He reads genuine to me.
linki: I guess that will put them in a tie

@Aces, what happened to your svs suspicion from Day 1? Why did you pick bf?

Switching vote to Bass in the interest of self-preservation.

Re: The Flash: Battle for the Gem Cities (Day 1)
If this were the case then I would say that either Epi or Bullz are baddies with him because they seem like the easier lynch candidate for today to me....blindfaeth wrote:Th, you seem to be a bundle full of non suspicions. I get that you say you suspect roxy, but she's silenced. And you're looking at ika and soneji, but they are lower posters and also new to our forum and unfamiliar with our customs. I have a hard time believing you can't come up with something more convincing. These three are an easy out for coming up with suspects on day 2.
I don't understand this thought. Why would having not posted = BTSC? In my experience, people with BTSC tend to be more engaged with the thread because their conversations BTS keep them invested. For my part, I simply have had a busy couple days.Metalmarsh89 wrote:And since there are 6 players who haven't posted, that could account for 3 pairs of BTSC.
Wait, what? I suspected BF Day 1, but the landscape has changed now and I think at the moment there is no real good reason to suspect him, but you came in and voted him?AceofSpaces wrote:I voted for Blindfaeth I'm sorry I haven't been more active. It was a busy weekend for me. I'll be posting more as the week goes on.

Bullz dear, I love you, who way back. But surely it is not such a reach for someone to suspect a guy who went after and voted someone who flipped like llama did.Bullzeye wrote:I think anyone would be mad. In fact, I know it. I'm quite annoyed that I might be lynched as a civ day 2 because of a case that makes no sense. If anything I'm more annoyed than I would be if I were bad.FZ. wrote: I'm not talking about when you do an obvious screw up. I'm talking about when you play the game and people just start going after you.
Frankly I was torn between bullz and bass, but the Aces vote makes me want to lynch bullz at this point and see what happens with bass from here. There are some other things that bear watching I think, but that is another subject.
*votes bullz*
If I'm wrong, at least you will be publicly vindicated when you flip, right? Better than getting killed by the civ ninja... I don't think this is a bad vote though.

Re: The Flash: Battle for the Gem Cities (Day 2)
Yeah I know. I did the moral high ground route one game, refused to vote the other guy because I thought it'd make it clear I was good. Didn't work. As I recall the lynch ended in a tie which I lost. If I'd voted him I'd have been fine and I'm pretty sure he turned out bad in the end. So ever since then I've never used that tactic or judged anyone for not doing it.Bass_the_Clever wrote:Sorry bullz but I have to vote you.
Linki - you did forget that. I'm such a cheater. I once gave my brother all my properties in Monopoly for free because our dad was winning and I had half the properties but no money so we teamed up. It's a shame I can't give all my votes away.

Re: The Flash: Battle for the Gem Cities (Day 2)
Sure... first, I didn't cast it because I want to lynch blindfaeth. I saw that the Bass suspicion was turning into a bandwagon of sorts (3 votes, pretty close together, with my own vote also likely but not yet cast), so instead of just piling on Bass, I wanted to try and throw something else out there to see what would happen. Interesting situation right now, last I saw, it as tied between Bullz and Bass. I am not really feeling like Bullz is bad, so my vote is going to go to Bass. It just took me a while to finish this post, and I'm going to look at the situation as it now stands.timmer wrote:@long con, could you expand on your bf vote? I did not realize the vote was up today. I went shopping with V and my mom and thought I'd be home earlier. I just got home at 8 and LC was like you have 35 mins to vote. I suck. I thought I'd have more time to read up on SVS, Bass, and Rabbit which was my plan. I will not be doing that right now but I will do that throughout the night. I am leaving my vote where it is. I don't think Rabbit is "certain" about BF and I don't like Aces just voting on faith in Rabbit. It would have been easy to believe if I had posted anything about it at all this lynch.

Re: The Flash: Battle for the Gem Cities (Day 2)
Sorry my suspicion is weak by your standards SVS, and I agree, I wish I had more reasoning behind a vote. I think it's going to be difficult to pin down the disparate baddies in this game because they likely don't have much BTSC yet. But weak suspicions does not a baddie turnip make, and I'm sure my reads will get stronger as the game advances. I just don't feel strongly about much yet and my top suspect today is still silenced, so there's that.
I do think there's something to Bass bringing up the outlier votes but not fully following through with it, but I admit it's not a very strong case. Just what caught my eye the most today.

Because I don't think Bullz is lying, and I thought TImmer's theory was a good one. Re: The Flash: Battle for the Gem Cities (Day 2)
Just to add, the fact that people keep saying: "let's lynch Bullz already" just reminds me of last game I played here where llama and Epig kept pushing like crazy day after day for my lynch...and were wrong. llama suspected Bullz, that's great. He didn't have information on him, so while I respect llama's opinions, I didn't see his case as any less "crappy" than the case on him (as people called it). It doesn't mean Bullz can't be bad, and I am not as sure of his alignment as before, but I'm still not feeling what you allegedly are. So be incredulous as you wish, and I'll vote as I see fit.

Re: The Flash: Battle for the Gem Cities (Day 2)
Look guys, im really really busy to the point that while i type this i have my little brother waiting for me to go to lunch standing two feet away from me. him coming to visit me was unexpected, cause he is having problems wth my parents (he lives with them) in my natal city 500 km away from here, on friday he called me with problems and on saturday he bought the ticket and yesterday morning he was here. im trying my best to keep up, but to add my little brother to my usual schedule and i seriously dont have time for anything. i hardly ever see him so im making plans to do things he wants and i feel bad for abandoning him or leaving him alone while i hardly see him just for playing mafia. specially now that he is in a bad place in life and im trying to help him.
i dont wanna quit or anythinh, cause my free time will increase a lot from the next monday on, so its just this week im asking to beare with me. im always a high contributor in every game, always high poster, i never let days by without posting, i never do that, so i think its fair for my to ask for a little patience this week wich is gonna be much much busier than anticipated. i already see people mentioning me and probably others will or baddies will use names dropping to jump in and i REALLY dont have time to defend myself, so i please please ask to beare with me and have a little patience until im more free. i promise im good (really good
) this game and actually pretty useful. and those who know me know i will not lie about this just to be able to not stop, that will be stupid and SO something ill never do. so this is it for me, if you wanna bring me as a suspect or lynch me for being busy just for this week, so be it, but it will be stupid.
if you want to beare with me and have patience because an unexpected occurence happened in my life and i have to deal with it and it will be over in less than a week (in where i will still try to post and vote but dont expect a lot for me, dont expect what you always get for me cause i literally dont have time), it will pay up later big time i promise cause i can help and be super helpful for the civvies to win this.
so please beare with me.
