MM feels different* this game than the games I've known him as civ.
He's not as vague, for one. He really wanted that llama lynch. He didn't seem all that excited about you coming back.
I appreciate that you're asking me questions but it's been a few days since you were almost killed. Who do you find suspicious?

You seemed so sure when you voted him yesterday. "Don't believe a word out of that mustache" if I recall. Would you vote him again tomorrow? Honestly I suspect greyboneZ the most in this game and if anyone can defend his actions please show me the light. I will be voting him tomorrow if I am still alive.

Re: A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder - Night 3
New theory:
Elo is greyboneZ' teammate.
She voted llama and (from what I translated) said even though she thought he was civ, she had to save herself.
GreyboneZ also had a vote at that point. Why llama over him? Llama was a safe vote for a baddie because he at least had some flak for his "my team" statement. I think it would be easy to use him as a scapegoat, while still making yourself appear innocent by apologizing for the vote.
This isn't to say that llama is NOT a baddie, I just think the odds are he is not.

But Scotty! You're just presupposing that greyboneZ is bad and it's clouding your judgment on other people!Scotty wrote:New theory:

Night 3 - Pushing Daisies
Monty fumed at his lack of success in recent days. Everyone he tried to kill slipped through his fingers, it was intolerable!
"Let this be known, Monty Navarro will no longer be stop-"
He was cut off by a chair from the third story of the castle. From a window high above Monty, a voice called down.
"I know it was you! I saw what you tried to do to poor, dear Sorsha! Suffer my wrath, illegitimate wretch!"
She grabbed a clock to throw down, but unfortunately Monty's accomplices, Sibella and Miss Shingle, snuck up behind her and pushed her out the window. With a heap she crashed beside a dizzy Monty. Spacedaisy was dead.
"Jolly good show, ladies!" Monty called up.
Daisy has been killed. It is now Day 4. You have 24 hours to lynch someone.

Re: A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder - Night 3
I cringed as I voted llama that day. I hated to do it. But I wasn't 100% sure of his alignment at the time and he had more votes than grey. I know that there is a person in this game with vote worth two and I didn't want to chance it. I will not be voting llama again in this game unless it is to save myself. I believe llama is civ. I could get behind a Grey lynch.Scotty wrote:New theory:

I like you too, Eloh, but I'm sad about Daisy.
Who should we lynch today? I'm down for Metalmarsh or Greybonez, but I don't want a vote spread like last time. Vote spread bad.

Re: A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder - Day 4
Greybonez/MM/Eloh would make sense to me as a team. Scotty is bothering me, though, in that his views just changed a lot from being llama to now being greybonez/eloh team. I almost wonder if it could be Greybonez/Scotty/MM and if scotty is setting up the lynch of one of his own so that he can turn it on to Eloh tomorrow. Also, from day one greybonez/llama still makes a decent amount of sense.
Anyway, putting that all together I think a greybonez vote is the way to go, I'm on board.

I like how you're setting up that in the case of greyboneZ flipping bad, I could possibly be his teammate. I've been on his ass since the Epi lynch. That'd be pretty ballsy of me naming my top suspect as my teammate all game.
And to be clear, llama isn't classified as good in my radar. I just think there are statistically more roles that could have stopped his death yesterday.
But I see that you have agreed with my choices of GreyboneZ/Elo and possibly MM. So apparently we're on the same page there.
What do you think of llama?

Llama is one of a pool of people I haven't ruled out as a possible baddie, but him being bad would be more circumstantial - I haven't had any baddie vibes from him, and for me the worst strike against llama is greybonez day one drive by vote.

His vote on day 1 came at 5 minutes before deadline to give Epi the lead in votes over the second place vote-holder Llama. His reasoning was because he didn't like the word "sis" in Epignosis. Like wtf? I understand he's new, but this seems really been-mafia to me. It's like he's laying in his crib looking at the pretty colors of his mobile and goo-goo-gah-gah'ing all the lifelong day, and I don't buy it.
And llama, it would still make it a strong possibility that he did so to save you, if he is bad.

That is a very odd vote. And I agree doesn't look great for llama if bad. I feel like a new player would be less likely to put someone in the lead day 1 unless they had good reason to.

Other than the Greybonez drive-by votes, I'm not really seeing anything else on the case against him.

Accomplishing what? What are these "things" you speak of? Does it encompass all of your happiness? Are you hungry? Would you like some pancakes with strawberries and cinnamon on top? How about an iced tea with it? Are you getting tired of all these questions?Metalmarsh89 wrote:I'm not that far from accomplishing things...birdwithteeth11 wrote:Do you want the attention? Re: A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder - Day 2
Golden: suddenly inserted my name into a team of players with no prior suspicion or even mention of me (aside from a few questions to me).
Scotty: continues to voice suspicion of me, but with nothing to back it up. At one point, he made the comment that "MM just feels different", but nothing more than that. Like Golden, he also inserted my name into a team of players.
thellama73: Same deal. Has mentioned wanting to vote for me multiple times, but only backed it up with a vote once. This happened yesterday in retaliation of my vote for him.
birdwithteeth: He did vote for me yesterday, but suddenly was not interested today.
Addendum: I still think llama is bad, and Golden as well.

Good night, greybonez
I always find it kind of fun when someone admits to it when things are a foregone conclusion.

Day 4 - Exit, Stage Left
Everyone was disturbed by Daisy's sudden death. These past days had been full of misery and grief, the likes of which such well-to-do socialites had never seen. Greybonez decided to lighten the mood.
"I shall soothe your melancholic moods with a one-man play!" he declared. "Let us meet in the parlour for my presentation!"
Greybonez' solo play was a tour de force in bad acting and stilted dialogue, with no coherent plot or structure. In a climactic scene, Greybonez crept behind the couch and reemerged dressed as Juliet (of Romeo fame), and began a soliloquy at the top of his lungs.
"YEA, NOISE? THEN I'LL BE BRIEF. O HAPPY DAGGER! THIS IS THY SHEATH-JKWERBLAWKFAWFHBABLABHRFWEABFAKSJA!!!"
He had gone to stab himself with the prop dagger he always kept on his person, but the angry mob had replaced it with a real one before the play started.
"OUT, OUT, BRIEF CANDLE! ET TU, BRUTE? TO BE OR NOT TO BE...something from Othello."
With that, he was dead. And the mob were no closer to finding Monty.
Greybonez has been lynched. He was Lady Salome D'Ysquith-Pumphrey. It i now Night. You have Twenty-THREE hours to send in your night actions.

I don't know which roles are bad and which are good since there is no role list on the front page. Does this mean Greybonez was good? That is a shame, then. You guys should have listened to me about MM.

I don't want to live in that universe.
