Banana seems to have forgotten he is playing, but he still signed up for star wars this morning

Also, Golden, do you believe a Mafia team has that many vote manips in one day? Or are you still going with two different roles coincidentally picked the same person?

Re: Dune [Day 3]
At the rate this is going, Sig will be the one lynched.
At the risk of annoying SVS even further, what's her story. Is she just a pissed civ, or is there anything else behind that Matt vote?

Re: Dune [Day 3]
I feel good about SVS so far. I feel like she's playing her own game and she isn't putting the pressure on like she does sometimes when she's bad. She tries to twist civvies in knots when she's bad I think, and I'm not seeing that here.FZ. wrote:At the rate this is going, Sig will be the one lynched.

Re: Dune [Day 3]
@Matt - the fact there were three baffles me. Mac was first on (on both occasions) and you seem sincere so that leads me to believe all three votes are genuine. I didn't want to die.Matt F wrote:Also, Golden, do you believe a Mafia team has that many vote manips in one day? I don't think more than one vote manipulation role exists. I can't guess at why it might allow three targets. The second role I as talking about was a possible redirect role, ie the intended target of the vote manipulator not being sig. I think the real target of the manipulator might have been ninja, but that's a complete guess.

Re: Dune [Day 3]
SVS voted for me completely from left field. No chance to even answer. When I did answer, she ignored it. (also I never got the sense that she was pissed, don't know where that's from)
From what I understand, she believes I attempted to kill her throughout the night (or somehow knew about someone trying to), hence my question to her in the thread. I did not try to kill her, nor did I know of any kind of attempt. I admit, freely (as I stated when I asked it), it was a weird question, but that's not indicative of my alignment.
Linki - Thanks Golden.

So basically, every player I brought up today, has someone vouching for him/her except for Floyd.

I'm feeling pretty good about SVS.
@FZ - its a good point.

Re: Dune [Day 3]
Well, I kinda sorta but not really vouched for him. If that counts.FZ. wrote:So basically, every player I brought up today, has someone vouching for him/her except for Floyd.

Re: Dune [Day 3]
I'm not even sure what the point is. Is it that Floyd is bad, and whoever is working with him is afraid to defend him, or is he a civ that doesn't have anyone to vouch for him because no one knows he's a civ?Golden wrote:I'm feeling pretty good about SVS.
@FZ - its a good point.
The only person I remember defending him is Luke who said, between the end of the day and the post that told us who is the one that was killed, that he doesn't understand why Floyd got all those votes. Assuming that the baddies didn't know who would be the one lynched before we did, I doubt a baddie would say something about another baddie who might be lynched and revealed to be a baddie.
Maybe Luke said it because he's bad and he knew that if Floyd was the one lynched, we'd learn he's a civ, and Luke wanted to look like someone who defended Floyd. Not really sure that's what happened but it's an option.
linki: When did you do that, Matt?

Re: Dune [Day 3]
I need to go to bed really soon. I need to agree with two other people on where to place my vote. Any chance of that happening soon?

Have you met Matt?Golden wrote:I would not complain about a Floyd lynch. I think his behaviour looks like a baddie. And either way it would put the day two voting into clearer context.Turnip Head wrote:But I want to know what people think of Floyd.
@zebra - lol about me showing many examples of disingenuous opportunistic behaviour. You are absurd and baffling. I've never quite experienced this thing people sometimes get with me, where they almost feel like their lynch would be cathartic just to prove me wrong. I'm beginning to understand with you. I've never met anyone whose tunneling is quite as blind to all external factors other than their own opinions. At least if you were actually right, I could assume it is based on you having info. But I know it isn't.
When you get to know me, you will learn that I don't even do 'many disingenuous things' when I'm bad.
Re: Dune [Day 3]
Sig is here for the next fifteen minutes or so.
Know someone said not all three people who voted for me wanted to. This is interesting and it could happen one was manipulated other two jumped on the question is which ones faked it? Also lets remember I can't vote this phase so i won't be coming in to save myself I'd prefer a majority not on me.
Know I find it unlikely that multiply people targeted me without some form of coordination. The question is still why? The only answer I could get is that it is because I made read posts at night, perhaps some were right and this is the reason for this style instead of an NK?
I also revised Blooper some I'm unsure off her right know and would prefer not to lynch her tomorrow.

I do. Have you read my ISO or are you just throwing shade on me to see what happens? I had my vote cancelled yesterday and my vote is controlled today. Someone is trying to make me look bad.FZ. wrote:The only reason Mac is getting a free pass this game, at least from me, is that he's acting very different from TH game. But I know that if he got a baddie role again, he'd do his damnedest to look different. What has Mac done for the town so far? It's like every day he has this silly reason for not really getting himself dirty with the lynch. Day 1, it was the policy vote. Day 2, I don't even remember what it was, but he wasn't there in the midst of things. I think he didn't vote. Day 3, he happened to have been forced to vote.
Any thoughts on this?

Guys, I have an object lesson for you about being high (or drunk) and Mafia.
If you read your PMs while you're high, read them again the next morning so you actually recall what they said

SVS vote has been switched was this game manipulation or an accident I thought votes weren't changeable?

Re: Dune [Day 3]
WTF? I don't think it's going to matter where we vote. The other votes are spread. Unless we get all those who didn't vote over here, we won't save Sig.
I honestly don't know what to do.

Re: Dune [Day 3]
Well shit.
I think everyone else here needs to kinda agree who to lynch. With the amount of players, me not being able to vote, and my vote number.
15 people alive, minus 6 from people who've vote, four for me and i can't vote myself. That leaves 8 people. I need five, maybe six to be safe to vote for someone else please.
I have a feeling Banana isn't coming back this phase from him not posting and if bea doesn't make the vote either that leaves 6. KNOW between golden and zebra only one is mafia if either. I'd lean to golden being mafia but I'm not even sure on that. If neither off those look good we could find someone else but if they haven't voted yet then we needto be sure to have 6 votes on them.
What does everyone think about Banana?

Re: Dune [Day 3]
If we can get three more on either Zebra or Golden it would be a tie.
Or we could see if the majority would be willing to lynch a third option?
I've gotta go very soon though.
I'd suggest a quick gun to head of Golden/Zebra if either comes up as bad go with it maybe?

Re: Dune [Day 3]
Well I'm unfortunately out until after the lynch I encourage y'all not to leave me tied/lynched due to voter manipulation.
On another note all four who voted for me have had this done to them since SVS was forced to change her vote I could buy all were forced SERIOUSLY don't let me get lynched please.
linki: sorry golden just looked at the other two who already have a vote, and I agree with you there FZ not to sound paranoid but zebra could have been behind the manipulation which is why she voted so early in an attempt to make me get lynched since civs would be in disarray.

I just thought if her vote was forced (which is how it sounds) that she would have gotten the PM when everyone else did. If I got a PM saying I was to vote a certain way, I would do it then and not wait, especially when we were all talking about it.
linki: I will have to read them again I guess. I just went through them in the past hour or so, but I was also playing games with my kids at the same time.
