Fortunately you still have The Doctor to even out the score and make you all look good! Plus I thought you were most definitely not a doctor anyway?DrWilgy wrote:It's unfortunate that Baddie McBadinstien is a doctor. Making us loom bad!!

Epi, any pings/cases on those who voted for non-changeable vote option?

Pretty much mine and Epi's interactions with him recently. I haven't had that much time to catch up, so I am unsure of anything brought up about him prior to Night 3.sig wrote:What is the case on Bass?Draconus wrote:Placeholder vote on Bass. Simply because I don't know the other cases yet.

Know the reason I didn't vote for a double lynch was simply, it increases the chances that I could get lynched.

Thank you for your explanation. That seems fair. Can I get your viewpoint on why people want you lynched?
For Bass he only recently subbed in so not much information based around voting, posts etcDraconus wrote:Pretty much mine and Epi's interactions with him recently. Can you explain how one lynch would give more information?Bass_the_Clever wrote:I agree that lynches are civvies primary weapon on because it gives civvies the most important thing in a mafia game, information. Now the odds are not in favor of lynching to mafia with where the numbers stand, hell that aren't even that great to Lynch one mafia. That's why I don't like the double Lynch. I think we would have got more information from just a single Lynch but it's a dead point now.Epignosis wrote:So...your argument against lynching two people is that...Mafia will kill to set up two people? How do they manage that?Bass_the_Clever wrote:When playing as mafia the whole idea behind using a kill is to set a civvie up for the next Lynch.
Changeable votes benefit civilians more than Mafia.Bass_the_Clever wrote:Non changeable votes makes people use there vote and place it somewhere it's going to stick and doesn't allow people to jump all or the place.
Tell me, anyone: When you are bad, do you feel less or more comfortable going into a Day phase knowing that the tide can turn against you at the eleventh hour?
Without a question of doubt?Bass_the_Clever wrote:Do you have two people you really think that are mafia ? With out a question of a doubt?
Erm...no.
If I did, this game would cease to offer any entertainment value whatsoever. I'd rather play pick up sticks if no element of doubt were involved.
That's a risk you take when you sign up for Mafia in the first place. There are, at most, eight Mafia loose. If this is seriously your viewpoint, then you are arguing that we shouldn't have any lynches, because lynches can hurt civilians.Bass_the_Clever wrote:Can you honestly say that to Lynches can't benefit the mafia too?
My argument is that a lynch is the civilians' primary weapon. It stands to reason, therefore, that two lynches for the price of one benefit civilians.
Yes, those lynches have to be right, but that fact doesn't change whether you have one lynch or fifteen- it's the object of the game.
I don't believe your "killing low posters" comment was any sort of slip. But "the other scum team also agrees with me."sig wrote:For Bass he only recently subbed in so not much information based around voting, posts etcDraconus wrote:Pretty much mine and Epi's interactions with him recently. The reason people have attempted to lynch me is because when Timmer was NK night 1, I said what the mafia was doing (killing low posters) this lead some people to claim I made a scum slip of my teams strategy.
When I defended myself they said I was over reacting and my argument was suspicious.
I myself say it wasn't a scum slip and just the way I worded it. I also believe there is at least one scum maybe two on my wagon and pushing it. I think the other scum team also agrees with me and I say this since yesterday Zebra was killed and today the other team attempted to kill Bull's.
I'm still fairly confident there is one or two scum on my wagon, my personal thoughts is that Bull's is scum many don't agree so I could be wrong. If not Bulls it's very likely one of the others on my day 2 and maybe day 3 wagon is scum.
I'll look into that more myself later.

Metalmarsh, what are your reasons for voting Typhoony?Metalmarsh89 wrote:Oops, wrong Dutch. I apologize.

It was your wording. You said "the other scum team agrees with me" without referencing the first scum team. It makes it sound as if you are saying "my team thinks this is a good place to look for such and such. It looks like the other team agrees with us, too." Could have been a typo/miscommunication, but it looked like a slip to me. I get what you are trying to say, though. I'm going to think on this more.sig wrote:@Drac look at both kills,Team 2 killed zebra Team 1 tried to kill Bulls obviously the scum agrees with me that one or the other is scum. Or the scum is trying to frame me but honestly that seems like alot of work going after a mediocre player. Why did what I say seem strange? The main reason I could see the mafia teams trying to NK my accusers is because they think one is on the other mafia team. It makes no sense in a set up sort of way since both teams have tried to do this so it is the logical conclusion.
Can you elaborate please?Golden wrote:Putting my vote on luke too. For one, to once again try to save sig, the person who continues to be suspected based on a case he is on a team that he is not on. For second, because I do think luke is a good use of a lynch on a day we have two.
Oh, sorry, I know you've subbed in since the sig wars, but I don't believe sig was responsible for killing timmer on day one, but the case on sig begins with and is based around the idea that sig knew what was going on in the minds of the mafia who killed timmer.Draconus wrote:Can you elaborate please?Golden wrote:Putting my vote on luke too. I can be willing to move my vote to Luke until I here more about Sig. Just to be fair.

I'm much more likely to vote Luke over sig if it comes down to it.
Did the nutella suspicion die down because people saw a connection between her and Bubbles?
