Recruitment was actually the first time I used that strategy (and tbh, it was for the lulz). It would be easier work to narrow the field in a small game like this, but probably not the best strategy.

I didn't know what to do all game. My mafia skillz are lacking. And since there was no second mafia, I wasn't able to legitimately suss peeps so I was skerred. Haha.

Then Boom and Enrique voted for Luke and I was like "wtf" cuz that wasn't the plan, I don't think, and I'd already defended Luke in this game and I didn't know what to do haha.

Oh well it all worked out.

After enrique and boom voted luke, I definitely would have voted one of the two of them. I suspected that was what was going on...

but, of course, without luke playing, that still would have left lylo in the fate of ties the whole way down, most likely.

I thought tranq and bea were bad the whole game until then.

I had gotten votes from most of the players, and knew I'd be leaving in just a few, so I figured I might as well end it.

I'm going to set up a specific time next time (say, 48 hours or something), that way everyone knows how long they have to vote.

Correct, sorry to disappoint anyone, but there are several reasons that banners are not happening for Heists:

1) They occur with potentially much higher frequency than other games, and our main banner-makers Long Con and Spacedaisy are barely able to keep up with current banner demand.

2) These games are designed to provide exercises by which players can practice the core element of mafia, the hunt, but because they are smaller (13 players max) they have been argued by some as 'easier to win'.

3) These games do not count toward the annual Game of Champions eligibility, hence we do not want confusion (banner = eligible). (But they do count toward their own Heist All-Star Game, and the MVP from there will be eligible for Game of Champions if they are not already.)

An MVP banner will be awarded to the MVP of the Heist All-Star game, however.
