I don't think he is. I've laid out substantial reasons why I think he's the Phosbat. I think he voted me Day 6 to get me out of the game easy, but didn't anticipate some other workings in the mix.

I think if spacedaisy were the Phosbat, she wouldn't have missed the vote Day 6. MM just gave a lame reason for voting and is voting now for no reason.

That's a soft Charlie claim. His proposition that Simon is the Snagret is out of left field and isn't backed up by anything.

6. All role power PMs must be sent in by the player utilizing the power. No relying on BTSCmates (if you have any) to send in your power.

It makes sense if Simon is the Phisbat and the team was allowed to have anyone send in their kill and specify who is carrying it out. In that case Simon would not have used his particular ability but could have still had his boss character carry out the kill.
