SVS and Sorsha - Came home from work and saw two votes on me from ya all!

On the real, in case ya all didn't know, Bullz is one of my favoritest players in Mafia, and I always have fun with him. He was also my baddie teammate in Beatles Mafia (first game ever) and for some reason, I can never shake the feeling that he's bad. I don't consider what I'm doing as "picking on him", and I don't think he does either. Bullz, seriously, speak up dude.

The whole Wilgy/faraday thing is weird. I don't know that extreme distancing is a working strategy in games with 13 people, though.

And Matt, I am not a fan of joke votes or voting for people for silly reasons, even if votes are changeable. Especially on Day One. If that person gets lynched, you have ruined their game over a joke. Now if theyare bad, well, thats the risk one take when bad. And I am sure you would bask in the glory of catching a baddie. But if they are not bad, then the person who led the lynch (and dude, I am not lecturing, I have been the one leading the charge myself that killed a civ Day One more than once, or thrice) is all like, "Aw, it was just a joke, all those people did not need to follow me".

So I don't necessarily true believe you are bad here or not~ although for all I know that extreme distancing comment I made applies to you & Bullz as well as, or instead of, Wilgy & faraday. But I really don't like your pushing of a joke (or is it a joke?) as a suspicion, and not liking someone vote is as good a reason for voting them on Day One as anyother. So for now I am leaving the vote where it is, I should be home before the day is over and will pop in during the day.

Good point, considering how early we are into the game. I'm afraid Wilgy is still my top suspect, for reasons I stated when I voted for him. I don't strongly suspect him but so far he's pinged me the most. His play style so far is identical to Star Wars where I was his teammate, and yet he's acknowledged before that his meta is to intentionally change his play style each game. He's got plenty of room and time to redeem his alignment in my view, but he's yet to take the opportunity to do so. Who do you suspect besides SVS?

I was mostly testing the waters, seeing how you would respond. Which was fine for now. I like to get clearer reads on people that have the ability to convince me early on, and you are one of those people.

@ Zebra: I don't know who I suspect. It doesn't really help that the one time a poll ends at a decent time for me, I probably will not be around at the end so I have to vote pretty soon. I'll see what I can come up with in the next hour.

Sorry for not being around all the past day- it's been quite busy and isn't slowing down. I'm literally the epitome of who I would vote for on day 1.

My original vote for DFaraday was because he was the only one that hadn't checked in. Now that he's checked in, I need to start looking at people that raise my fancy. I hate Day 1.

I'm at work on phone and will be up until the deadline, so I not gonna bother quoting right now and sorry about not formatting:
-LC has been all over the place this day 1. He's seemingly swaying with the wind.
-Matt made a joke vote, but then came back with a detailed post about why he is seriously considering Bullz. Seemed a little out of left field.
-Nutella has voted for Floyd because [reasons??]
-Epignosis looks great in a ripped plaid shirt
-SVS is getting a little haughty about "ruining someone's game" by putting a joke vote. I don't understand how Matt voting for Bullz ruined anyone's game.
-Floyd isn't striking me as bad right now.
-As for the Wilgy thing, I see nothing suspicious as of now with how he has acted/voted. (But I swear to god I will kill him in his sleep if he backstabs me) He said he was voting with me, so what's the big deal?
-DFaraday voting to "save himself" a day and a half early does make me a bit wary, but I'm not one to talk on account of my absence in the thread.

All that amounts to some people looking suspicious, but then who the hell knows. I envy people that can pick apart people's few posts without data to catch a baddie.

@Wilgy who is your biggest suspicion right now? I'll vote with you if you're feeling more convinced on someone.

I thought that mainly becasue of that one game on RM, trish hosted it I think with Unfurl maybe, I forget the theme, like a haunted house or something like that, it was soon after Rabbits LOST game. You pegged me as bad almost immediately for totally correct reasons.

Ok, no idea if the votes will stay like this at all, but I have to make a final vote now.

I don't find Matt suspicious, so I'm voting one of the peeps that have 2 votes atm.

- Floyd: 3 posts, but asks questions, is involved in those posts. Not suspicious to me at the moment.
- Wilgy: 9 posts. Wilgy gonna Wilgy. Zebra says he's playing the same as he was in Star Wars where he's bad. I can't make heads or tails of his posts atm.
- Dfaraday: 5 posts. Weird early self-preservation vote. Don't find the rest of his posts suspicious.

Guess I'll vote dfaraday for his early self-preservation vote. Good luck nubs.

@Scotty eh... Probably Zebra, I've noticed that baddies have a tendency to target me day one for Meta reasons simply because it's hard to punish. I change my game all the time so "let's slap a suspish sticker on it" seems to be the opportunism that is generated.

And Dfaraday's I'm self preserving early is also suspish. I don't see anyone doing that so early without a team commitment.

SVS - Is a joke vote any worse then a random or a self vote? Especially when it's changeable? I think you're being insincere, I don't ever recall you going after anyone else in games on Day one for making changeable joke votes. I also think you're using some extreme language with "ruining someone's game".

Sorsha - It did start out as a joke vote, but once I started getting heat for it from three different players (including yourself), it made me think someone was protecting Bullz. I'd also like to explore Bullz and Typh's (sorry Typh, thanks for not suspecting me! ha!) "Let's make a five way tie!" dealio, but I see I'm going to be in defense mode all day.
